      SOLUTION: A plurality of rows of dielectric lines 33 each formed so that the bottoms of dielectric strips having the same convex cross section are provided oppositely to form a symmetry are disposed substantially parallel with appropriate intervals. The dielectric lines 33 are each provided so that the portion other than a projection of the convex cross section is embedded into a dielectric 34 having a dielectric rate lower than that of the dielectric strips. Metal plating 31, 32 are applied to upper and lower surfaces of the dielectric lines 33 and the dielectric 34, and a plurality of rectangular slots 35 are provided on the metal plating 31 of one side along the dielectric lines 33. The metal platings 31, 32 on the upper and lower surfaces of the dielectric 34 are disposed in substantially parallel at an interval of not more than 1/2 wavelength of used frequency. In this case, the thickness of the dielectric 34 is made to be not more than 1/2 of the propagation wavelength of the dielectric 34 to suppress unwanted radiation waves, thereby reducing transmission loss.
