SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the hollow bathtub grip 20 with the mounting face 23 to a wall surface comprises a step to install a screw-shaped core 22 in the region, of a mold, which corresponds to the mounting face 23 to the wall surface and inject a synthetic resin material into the inner cavity 13 of a mold; a step to mold a hollow molded object 20 by injecting a gas; and a step to finish the bathtub grip 20 with a formed threaded hole by extracting the screw-shaped core 22 attaching to the hollow bathtub grip 20.
