      SOLUTION: The bucket wheel for a reclaimer includes the ring frame 31 mounted with a plurality of buckets and adapted to be rotated on a supporting roller, and the belt-like rail 32 mounted on the inner peripheral face of the ring frame for contacting the supporting roller. It also includes a pushing member 40 for pushing the rail against the inner peripheral face of the ring frame, and the fixing member 41 for fixing the pushing member to the ring frame in the state of pushing the rail thereagainst.

    • PURPOSE:To efficiently carry out unloading work without the possibility of the unlimited enlargement of deflection in a L-type circulating excavating section even in the case where the central part of a bulk becomes greatly hollow by moving a bucket so as to dip up the bulk from its lower side upward in the tip part of the L-type circulating excavating section. CONSTITUTION:The bucket chain line 26 of a L-type circulating excavating section is circulativly moved in the direction of an arrow 23, and a bucket 22' thereby dips up bulk 11 from its lower side upward in a tip sprocket part 4.1 Force caused in the direction of an arrow B by the reaction of the bulk 11 therefore acts to the L-shaped circulating excavating section, and in the L-shaped circulating excavating section, the above force causes deflection in a direction separating from a hold wall 10. Thus, even in the case where the bulk 11 on an upward oblique plane on the side of the hold wall 10 collapses to cover a tip part, and large force therefore acts on the bucket 22' in the tip part, the deflection acts in a direction where the bucket 22' runs away from the covered bulk 11. In addition, the bulk 11 whose central part becomes hollow greatly is unloaded with the tip part of the excavating section rushed into the oblique plane on the side of the hold wall 10.

    • PURPOSE:To securely prevent biting of spilled cargoes between a roller and a belt, and to reduce generation of failures by arranging a cargo invasion preventing means to cover the contact starting part between a descending side belt and a conveyor return roller on the lower side of a vertical belt conveyor. CONSTITUTION:A vertical conveyor 5 is provided with a bulk cargo receiving part 5b on the external surface of a base belt 5a which is in direct contact with a lower part return roller 10, and turned in a circulating manner in the direction 5c of the arrow. Then, the bulk cargoes are received from a bucket 6a of an excavating part 6 through a chute part 6b, and carried upward. On the other hand, a roof-shaped receiving plate 12 and a scraper 13 are arranged to a contact starting part between the return roller 10 and the back surface of a descending side base belt 5a so as to cover the return roller and the base belt. The roof-shaped receiving plate 12 is provided with a partitioning plate 14 to shut off the respective elevating sides of the conveyor. A bulk cargoes invasion preventing means 15 to the contact starting part 11 is constituted by either of, or by combining the roof-shaped receiving plate 12, the scraper 13, and the partitioning plate 14.

Next, a traverse trolley 6 is traversed and moved from one end to the other end of the elevating/lowering girder 5 at a fixed speed, keeping the bucket to a fixed engaging depth and revolving and driving the bucket wheel 7 in the front side taking up direction. When the traverse trolley 6 reaches the other end part of the elevating/lowering girder 5, the reclaimer is advanced by the engaging depth of the bucket and the traverse trolley 6 is moved in the opposite direction. Subsequently, the same operation is repeating performed.
