摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a cable winding device which can shorten operating time and easily and surely check the cables which have been wound onto a drum. CONSTITUTION:A guide cylinder 14 is mounted on a disc 2 by which a drum 3 is freely rotatably held. One end opening 14a of the guide cylinder 14 corresponds to the window 13a of the flange 12 of the drum 3. A starting end fixture 15 by which a cable starting end portion 4a is freely removably fixed is provided near the other end opening 14b of the guide cylinder 14. A pull wire winding machine 29 is provided to wind a pull wire 28 whose end portion 28a is connected to the cable starting end portion 4a. As the pull wire winding machine 29 winds the pull wire 28, the cable starting end portion 4a is pulled to the starting end fixture 15 through the guide cylinder 14.

摘要： PURPOSE:To lessen the elongation of cable a core with respect to supporting wires by respectively specifying the twisting rate of the cable core with the supporting wires, inversion angle and the length of the neck part in a cross sectional shape. CONSTITUTION:The supporting wires 2 are inserted into the circular hole around the center of a die and simultaneously the cable core 1 is inserted into another circular hole deviated from this center. While a nipple and die are rotated (oscillated) alternately right hand and left hand around the centers thereof, a molten resin of a blank material for a sheath is extruded and the sheath 7 is commonly coated. The slit hole connecting both circular holes is formed in the nipple and the die and the neck part 9 of the sheath 7 is formed by this slit hole. The twisting rate of the cable core 1 with respect to the supporting wires 2 is 0.2 to 0.4% and the inversion angle is =2nm and at below the value obtd. by multiplying the outside diameter of the coating of the supporting wires by (pi/2).

摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the influence of the twist of supporting wires for which twisted wires are used by coating the supporting wires with a sheath from the outside via a primary coating layer for directly coating the supporting wires. CONSTITUTION:This cable has a cable core 1 and the supporting wires 2. The supporting wires 2 are previously directly coated by the primary coating layer 3 of a synthetic resin. Namely, the characteristics of the twist of the supporting wires 2 consisting of the twisted wires are offset by this primary coating layer 3. Further, the supporting wires 2 integrally coated with the primary coating layer 3 are passed into the circular hole 5 around the center O of a nipple and die 4 rotating (oscillating) alternately to the left and right. The cable core 1 is simultaneously passed into a circular hole 6 in the position deviated from the center O and the sheath 7 is extrusion molded, by which the common covering is executed. A neck part 9 is formed in the sheath in such a case. The nipple and die 4 are alternately rotated to the left and right at the time of the extrusion molding of the sheath 7, by which the left-lay and right-lay twists around the axial center of the supporting wires 2 are applied to the cable core 1.
