摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the ventilating efficiency of the fan by a method wherein an axial flow impeller is fixed coaxially to the suction part of a centrifugal fan and the outer diameter of the axial flow impeller is formed so as to be two stages. CONSTITUTION:The centrifugal impeller 10 is attached to the shaft 9 of a motor 8 and an air guide 11 is arranged around the impeller 10 while a casing 12 is provided so as to cover those equipments. The axial flow impeller 14 is fixed coaxially to the shaft 9 so as to face to the suction port 13 of the casing 12. The axial flow impeller 14 is formed so as to be two stages in which the outer diameter of the impeller is reduced to the diameter Di of a small diametral section from a part on the way with respect to the larger outer diameter Do and the outer diameter Do is larger than the suction port 13 while the outer diameter Di is smaller than the suction port 13 and the small diametral section is located in the casing 12.
