    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit physiologic information to a remote place after confirming that the information is correctly detected in order to improve the operability for a home care patient who is not familiar with detecting physiologic information. SOLUTION: Physiologic information of the patient is detected by the physiologic information detecting part 2 of a physiologic information recorder 1 and transmitted from a transmission part 11 as an acoustic signal. The microphone part 13 of a physiologic information processor 12 receives the acoustic signal, a physiologic information reproducing part 14 reproduces it and a display part 15 displays it. Then it is selected by a selection operating part 16 whether the information is transmitted to the remote place or not after confirming the displayed contents and it is transmitted to the remote place by a line communication part 17 via a communication line in the case of transmission. The patient communicates with the remote place after confirming that one's own physiologic information is appropriately detected. Even the patient being unfamiliar with detecting physiologic information performs the operation at ease so that the operability is enhanced.
