    • PURPOSE:To enbroaden an exposure latitude of the titled material at a low temp. and a high concentration by incorporating at least one of compds. shown by the specific formulas to at least one of emulsion layers provided on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:The prescribed specific compd. comprises the compds. shown by formula I wherein R1, R2 and R3 are an alkyl or an alkenyl group, X 1 is an anion, Z1 and Z2 are a nonmetallic element necessary to form a benzene ring, the compd. shown by formula II wherein R4 and R5 are each an alkyl group, R6 is a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group, X 2 is an anion, Z1 and Z2 are each a nonmetallic atom, and the compd. shown in formula III wherein R7 and R9 are each an alkyl group, R8 and R10 are each a lower alkyl group, X 3 is an anion, Z1 and Z2 are each a nonmetallic atom necessary to form a benzene ring.
