摘要： PURPOSE:To produce a final fiber reinforced composite material molded object by heating a mixture of a powdery/granular thermoplastic resin and a reinforcing fiber to use the same as molten material as it is without molding a preform being an intermediate product from the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Heated gas is introduced into a rotary shaft 30 from the heated gas introducing port 25 provided to the upper part of the rotary shaft 30 to fall along a shaft core 33 and discharged to the outside of the rotary shaft 30 from the heated gas supply port 34 provided to an outer cylinder 32. The heated gas passes through the internal gaps of the mixture supplied from a material mixing means 10 to be charged in a heating container 22 to heat the mixture. The heated gas lowered in temp. as the result of the heating of the mixture is discharged to the outside of the heating container 22 from a heated gas exhaust port 26 and again heated by a heater to become high temp. gas and this gas is returned to the heated gas introducing port 25. Therefore, a fiber reinforced composite material molded object can be directly produced without producing a preform being an intermediate material.

摘要： PURPOSE:To suppress splashing of powdery materials when the materials are supplied by providing a hopper in a movable manner for supplying a sample from above into a sample container, and forming a throttle at an end of a chute in the lower part of the hopper. CONSTITUTION:A lift cylinder 31 for a holding stand 33 is provided at one end of a fixed stage 21. The holding stand 33 is moved by a driving motor 32 provided in the upper part of a rod of the cylinder 31. An inclining hopper 35a on the stand 33 is driven by an inclining motor 34. Moreover, an inclining hopper 35 having a sample feeding chute 36 is provided below the inclining hopper 35a. A throttle part 37 is formed at a front end of the chute 36. When the rod of the cylinder 31 is contracted to move the lower end of the throttle part 37 down to a position where the throttle part slightly enters an opening of a crucible 2, the cylinder is automatically stopped. At this position, the powdery material in the hopper 35a is supplied into the crucible 2 through the hopper 35 and throttle part 37. Therefore, the powdery material can be supplied without splashing although an ascending air current is generated when an electric furnace 17 is heated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a kneading machine which is suited for materials requiring long-time kneading by forming the feed part on the rotor beginning end side of a twin-shaft continuous type kneading machine into a large diameter and providing a movable wall which can move between the front and rear kneading parts. CONSTITUTION:In the twin-shaft type kneading machine in which the L/D rotors is made large, field parts 5 provided with supply flights 51 on the beginning end side of both rotors 4 are made larger in diameter as compared to the other parts, and the supply flights 51 thereof are meshed with each other of both rotors 4. A movable wall 72 which is provided on part of the circular sectional shape parts 21 provided to the rotors and the chamber 1 outward thereof and is movable in the radial direction is provided between front and rear kneading parts 6, 9. Then, high material feeding force is obtainable in spite of a decrease in the rotating speed of the rotors and the pressure of kneading materials is made optimum extent by the movable wall, whereby the quality is improved.

At this time, the residence time and degree of kneading of the materials are controlled by adjusting the throttling member 6 provided to part of the chamber 2. Namely, by slightly moving the throttling member 6, the throttle ratio changes considerably and adjusting this throttle amount enables the mean residence time and degree of kneading of the materials to be changed over a wide range.
