CONSTITUTION:A saponified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer layer wherein silane content is 0.0005 - 0.2mol%, the saponification degree of a vinyl acetate component is 96mol% or more and ethylene content is 25 - 60mol% obtained by saponifying a copolymer of ethylene, vinyl acetate and a vinylsilane compound is used as the innermost layer and the innermost layers are mutually heat-sealed. When silane content is below 0.0005mol%, low temp. heat sealability is insufficient and, when exceeds 0.2mol%, a heat non-melting property appears. When ethylene content is below 25mol%, low temp. heat sealability is insufficient and, when exceeds 60mol%, gas barrier properties, fragrance retentivity and oil resistance are lowered. Further, when the saponification value of the vinyl acetate component is below 96mol%, gas barrier properties, fragrance retentivity, oil resistance and heat stability at the time of melt molding are lowered.

    • PURPOSE:To improve play-separation resistance after heat shrinkage by using an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer saponifying substance (EVOH) having a saponification value at a specific ratio as a gas barrier layer, laminating thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), which has excellent adhesive properties with EVOH, superior biaxial orientation properties and heat shrinkability and specific thickness and the range of a constituent composition of which is limited, on both sides of the EVOH and manufacturing a biaxially oriented laminate. CONSTITUTION:A heat-shrinkable film, at least one surface of an EVOH(A) layer of which has a TPU(B) layer and which satisfies formulae (I)-(V), is manufactured. In formulae (a) represents the ethylene content(mol%) of A, (b) the thickness (mum) of a layer A, (c) the nitrogen content (weight %) of B, (d) the thickness(mum) of a layer B, (e) a heat shrinkage factor (%), and (f) the inter-layer adhesive strength(g/15 mm) of the layer A and the layer B. An ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer saponifying substance having 25-55 mol % ethylene content and not less than 96% saponification value of a vinyl acetate component is used as EVOH. It is more favorable that the EVOH contains a 0.0005-0.2mol% silicon compound unit in a molecule thereof. EVOH having the silicon compound unit within the range of 0.0005-0.2mol% is employed as EVOH, thus further improving ply-separation resistance and flexing resistance.

Resistance to through-pinholes and resistance to gas barrier layer pinholes can be improved by said arrangement. The ethylene content of the ethylene - vinyl acetate saponified material is 20 - 60mol %, and saponification degree of vinyl acetate is 90% or more.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the aging change in thickness and picking height of an EVOH layer in a multi-layered structure molded by a multi cavity mold, by setting a specific relation between two kinds of EVOH (saponified substance of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) which constitute an intermediate layer of said multi-layered structure and have respectively restricted containing am ount of ethylene, saponification degree of vinyl acetate components and melt index(MI). CONSTITUTION:The present container consists of an inner and an outer layers formed of thermoplastic polyester and an intermediate layer formed of a com pound composed of at least two kinds of saponified substances of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. This intermediate layer formed of two kinds a EVOH contains 20-60mol% of ethylene, with the saponification degree of components of vinyl acetate of not smaller than 90% and the melt index of 0.1-100g/10min. Supposing that the EVOH having a higher MI is saponified substance (A) of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and the other EVOH having a lower MI is a saponified substance (B) of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, the compound should be constituted such that equations (I)-(IV) are satisfied and moreover, the mixing ratio (weight) (A)/(B) is 95/5-5/95.

CONSTITUTION:A matter whose ethylene content is 20-30mol% and degree of saponification is at least 90% is used as a copolymeric saponification product EVOH of ethylene-vinyl acetate and a high-polymerization degree PP is most suitable as polypropylene PP. Orientation tension is gained by blending high- polymeric-degree and high-density polyethylene or high-polymeric-degree and low-density polyethylene with the PP. In this instance, the PP and EVOH are selected so that a formula is satisfied. Hereupon, (a) is melt orientation tension of a multi-layer structural body measured at a temperature higher by 30 deg.C than a main former heat peak temperature based on DSC of the EVOH and E is ethylene content of the EVOH. The multi-layer structural body is not limited especially in a manufacturing method, for example, of a sheet and a multi-layer sheet is obtained with dry ramie or extruded ramie.

The thermoplastic polyester D is a composition wherein 1-20 pts.wt. of the polyamide-ester type thermoplastic resin B is contained per 100 pts.wt. of thermoplastic polyester.
