    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reinforcing material and a hydraulic hardened product which can increase the toughness after occurrence of cracking as well as improve the fragility of the hydraulic substance by forming these material from a specific fibrous substance. SOLUTION: In order to obtain high bridging effects after occurrence of cracking, the use of a fibrous material of high tensile strength is required and a material of >=70kg/mm is used. The bridging effect is satisfactorily developed only with high tensile strength of the reinforcing material and a proper degree of bonding strength to the matrix are required. Thus, a reinforcing material having a relatively low pull-out resistance and high friction resistance, for example, a reinforcing material having 10-80kg/mm pull-out resistance and >=10kg/mm friction resistance is used. Therefor, a material of intrinsically high pull-out resistance, for example, polyvinyl alcohol fibers are controlled in its affinity to the matrix by applying or coating a hydrophobic substance such as an epoxy resin, a polyolefin resin or a fluorine compound to the surface. The application rate of the hydrophobic substance is controlled in a range of 0.1-10wt.%. The fiber used as a reinforcing material is a non-corrosive organic fiber.

    • PURPOSE:To enable work to be easily executed by inserting a grid-shaped sheets with resin applied to grid-shaped fiber sheets obtained from woven synthetic fiber bundles, as reinforcing material, into spaces between laminated foam resin blocks, and by laying the blocks to be laminated. CONSTITUTION:Land 4 is graded, and sand or the like is laid, and improved land 5 is formed. After that, grid-shaped sheets 1 with break elongation percentage equal to or less than 20%, tensile cutting-off strength equal to or more than 1 ton/meter, and resin applied to grid-shaped fiber sheets obtained from woven synthetic fiber bundles with gross fineness equal to or more than 1000 deniers, are laid on the improved land 5. After that, foam resin blocks 6 are laid to be laminated on the sheets 1, and after that, the sheets 1 are laid. Then, work for laying and laminating the blocks 6 is repeated up to a specified level. Besides, the sheets 1 are laid on the most front surfaces, and work for a covering layer 7 and a surface layer 8 is executed, and after that, work for covered filling 9 is executed.
