    • PURPOSE:To improve start-up performance of an engine at the time of starting operation by arranging a fuel regulator which is operated projectably by lubricating oil pressure of the engine corresponding to the oscillating range of a spring lever in a governor device. CONSTITUTION:A control rack 6 is regulated in its movement by balance of a governor force (G) acting to a fork lever 17 and spring force (S) of a governor spring 9 acting to a spring lever 18. In a governor device 1, a fuel regulator (L) is projected from the light side wall 10 of a gear case 15 toward the spring lever 18. The spring lever 18 is stopped by the fuel regulator (L), so that only the fork lever 17 is transfered forcibly toward a fuel increasing side by spring force of a start spring 11 at the time of starting of an engine. The fuel regulator (L) consists of a retractable spring type single acting hydraulic cylinder 21, and advance quantity of a projection part 28 is controlled by controlling solenoid valves 25, 26 provided with a lubricating oil flow-in passage 23 and a lubricating oil flow-out passage 24 communicating respectively with an oil pressure chamber 22 of the cylinder 21.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress any increase in an exhaust pressure without giving any resistance to an exhaust flow by solids, by arranging an exhaust flowing chamber through which exhaust flows and a solid recovery chamber for catching the solids, separately in parallel to an exhaust passage, in the case of a solid recovery means. CONSTITUTION:Respective solid catching chambers 4a, 4b, 4c are arranged in parallel with an exhaust flowing chamber 3 in relation to an exhaust pipe 1. Discharging parts 8 (namely, parts located in the vicinity of an exhaust outlet 7) of the upper ends of respective mesh bodies 5a, 5b, 5c, are faced to a solid intake port 10. Solids in exhaust are pushed up from an exhaust inlet 6 toward the exhaust outlet 7 in an inclining direction above a mesh body 5 by exhaust flow, and caught from the solid intake port 10 into a solid catching chamber 4 through the discharging parts 8. It is thus possible to recover smoothly soot in exhaust without increasing exhaust pressure.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a device with sealing capability raised and abrasion lessened by making constitution in which a seal main body, elastically deformational seal wall part, and seal lip are integratedly formed so as to make a bowllike body and to pressedly contact the outer peripheral surface of a boss part in a casing. CONSTITUTION:A sealing member 10 is composed of a bowllike body in which a peripheral wall part and an edge part are formed with elastic material, and has constitution in which a sealing wall part 12, composing the peripheral wall part of the bowllike body, and a wire-contained seal lip 13, forming the edge part of the bowllike body, are integratedly formed and are welded to a seal main body 11 composing the base bottom part of the bowllike body. The seal main body 11 is on the inner side of a casing 1, and is concentrically rotatably fixed to a rotation axis 4 with a presser collar 14. The seal wall part 12 is formed elastically in deformable manner, and the seal lip 13 is composed so that its slidely contacting surface to the outer peripheral surface 2a of a boss part can be constantly changed due to the elastic deformation of the seal wall part 12 according to a pressure variation in the casing 1 and the rotation speed of an engine. This causes the raise of sealing capability in response to the increase of inner pressure, and moreover lessened abrasion and excellent durability.
