The present angle theta of theta axis produces an output from theta axis servo system 40 to arithmetic unit 20 and adders 21-23. The signals phi1-phi3 is entered into the adder allowing the angle theta and respective Fourier component to make phase correction for every component, the power signal of respective adder is given to the memory unit 25-27. The memory units 24-27 store Fourier component, the power signal corrected with the power of adders 21-23 is given to Y axis servo system 50 through the adders 23, 29 allowing to control the Y axis motor 52.

    • PURPOSE:To determine the increment or decrement of an object liquid from the movement of a small quantity of another liquid, by providing a main container vessel to contain the object liquid and an auxiliary vessel to contain the other liquid of the same properties as the former and using the difference between the liquid levels in both the vessels in an initial state, as a reference for measurement. CONSTITUTION:A tank 10 contains a liquid to be measured. An auxiliary tank 11 contains another liquid which is used for measurement and whose level is set at an appropriate height. These liquids can be moved back and forth between the both the tanks 10, 11 by a reversible pump 13. The tanks have prescribed cross-sectional areas. Suppose that the liquid level in the auxiliary tank 11 is by Lo higher than that in the other tank 10 and the measured liquid level in the tank 10 thereafter fluctuates. The liquids are then transferred between the thanks 11, 10 so that the difference between the liquid levels in both the tanks is equalized to Lo again. At that time, the transferred quantity of the liquids is measured to determine the increement or decrement of the liquid in the tank 10.

    • PURPOSE:To coincide antomatically the center of a grinding wheel with that of a work by detecting both sides of the work with a pair of detectors, detecting the offset of work center with the center of the grinding wheel, and controlling the movement of the tool head so as to diminish the offset. CONSTITUTION:When a tool (a grinding wheel) 3 moves in the Z-Z' direction approaching the center of a work pin 5, a switch SW closes and actuates a solenoid 17 to attract iron pieces 15 and 16. This attraction turns contactors 13 and 14 to the positions shown by chain lines, and their tips touch both sides of the work pin 5. In accordance with this turning motion, the working pieces 20a and 21a of detectors 20 and 21 move and output detecting signals Ea and Eb respectively and input to a servo motor 10 a signal Ec with the polarity and magnitude corresponding to the direction and the dimension of the offset of the tool 3 to the center of the work pin 5. By so doing, said motor 10 moves the tool head 4 to the direction of Z or Z' to align the tool 3 and the center of the work pin 5 following the signal Ec.
