    • PURPOSE:To maintain stable conditions of combustion in an oven, such as the pressure at the oven top and the waste gas temperature, to thereby realize a proper carbonization state distribution in a carbonization chamber and a reduction in the unit cost of heat consumed for carbonization by controlling the coke oven temperature according to a specified technique. CONSTITUTION:In performing combustion control based on a difference between a measured coke oven temperature and a set oven temperature, the upper and lower limit values of the fuel gas flow rate are established so as to give a range of change in the pressure at the oven top of 2mmAq or leas, a fuel gas flow rate within the range between the upper and lower limit values is determined based on a difference between an actual oven temperature and a set oven temperature, and the fuel gas flow rate thus determined is used to control combustion; at the same time, the gas flow rate values thus determined and the duration for which these values are outside the range between preestablished upper and lower limit values are monitored and, when said duration exceeds a set time, the upper and lower limit values of the fuel gas flow rate are changed stepwise and the changed values are used to control combustion, thus accomplishing oven temperature control.

    • PURPOSE:To accurately grasp the quantity of stocking while eliminating the need for incorporating a load cell by calibrating the integrated value of a sending side belt ware based on the integrated value of a cut-out belt ware at every operating unit. CONSTITUTION:The quantity of stocking of raw material is defined as the sum total of the quantity of raw material on a conveyor from any of sending side belts 42A-42C to a surge hopper 12, and one in the surge hopper 12. When the conveying operation on the sending side has attained the quantity of a bedding plan and as the corresponding upper-course side conveyors 40A-40C are stopped or carry out idle feeding, the conveying operation on the sending side is considered to be completed, and the then quantity of stocking DELTAW is operated. Also, at the same time, the present position and advancing direction of a stacker 18 are detected by a stacker detector 22, and information on them is inputted into a terminal control operating device 52. The operating device 52 operates the cut-out quantity Y of a constant quantity cut-out deice 10 with which loading operation is completed when the stacker 18 has reached either of turning points 48, 50, based on the quantity of stocking DELTAW.

    • PURPOSE:To achieve easy and accurate adjustment of an applied load signal, by converting the applied load detected into a digital signal to be further combined with correction by the calibration curve. CONSTITUTION:An overlap signal W converted into digital from analog with an A/D converter 30 is inputted into a second multiplication circuit 50 as intact without being corrected. The second multiplication circuit 50 receives a unit shift DELTAL from a unit shift setter 40 and a pulse signal from a pulse generator 18 as input as the first multiplication circuit 38 does. In operation, the second multiplication circuit 50 multiplies the overlap signal W and the unit shift DELTAL each time a pulse signal is inputted and outputs the unit original conveyance DELTAW. This apparatus calculates not only the conveyance to be measured but also the original conveyance for correction by the calibration by multiplying the applied load before the correction by the calibration curve and the speed of a conveyor belt 10 to facilitate the determination of errors of the conveyor belt and the parameter for the correction by the calibration curve.

    • PURPOSE:To identify a cause for an abnormal operation by detecting in the sintering operation an abnormality in permeability and a variation in sinter point that are abnormalities in operation and inspecting whether or not there are variations in various factors that influence the variation in the permeability in raw materials for sintering and burning point at a specified time before the time of the abnormality detection. CONSTITUTION:Powdered iron ore, coke, etc., are dispensed from respective raw material tanks 1 in a specified volume and they are transported to a drum mixer 6 through a conveyor 4, and here water is added and they are mulled to form a sintering raw material. And this sintering raw material is loaded to a pallet 9 from a supply ore hopper 5 and in the state of ignition by an ignition furnace 16 air is sucked to wind boxes 12 and the burning section S is moved downwards. In this operation a control unit 23 detects an abnormality in permeability and variation in a burning point, and it is inspected whether or not there are various factors that influence the permeability in the sinter raw materials and the variation in the burning point at the time before the time of the abnormality detection by specified time and causes of abnormal operation are identified.

    • PURPOSE:To make proper the estimated values and make small the scatter in them by comparing the sinter completion point that is estimated from the discharged air temperature and an actual sinter completion point and regarding the estimated sinter completion point as abnormal and replacing it with an estimation value that is calculated based on actual sinter completion points up to present if the difference between those estimated and actual sinter completion points is larger than a specified value. CONSTITUTION:A raw material 2 is supplied to a pallet 3 from a supply ore hopper 1, and by operating a main blast discharge machine 7 while the pallet 3 is moving toward an ore discharge by a drive mechanism 4 air is sucked from an upper wind box to a lower wind box 5 and the calcination section 15 is moved from the upper section to the lower section in the state that ignition is made by an ignition furnace 9. In this movement the temperature of each discharged air is measured by a thermometer 8 that is provided at each wind box, and from the results of those measurements a sintering completion point is estimated by a sintering point controller 13 and the pallet speed is controlled. And an estimated sintering completion point is compared with the actual sintering completion point, and if the difference is larger than a specified value, the estimated sintering completion is regarded as abnormal, and it is replaced by an estimated value calculated based on actual sintering completion points in the past so that the estimated value becomes proper.

    • PURPOSE:To maintain the stacking quality with no steps by calculating the amount of storage with the difference in the cumulative values at a sendoff and a delivery beltware, calculating the amount of delivery so that the stacker completes loading at one of the turning points, and thereby eliminating use of any load cell. CONSTITUTION:The amount of stored material is equal to the sum of the on- conveyor from a sendoff beltware 1001 to a surge hoplper 105 and inside the hopper 105, so that the storage quantity W is determined at a storage quantity calculator 123 through calculation of the difference between the post-correction counter 1121 and delivery counter 116. This eliminates use of a load cell in the device. The setting alteration value Y(ton/h) for a constant delivery device 106 is determined, which is set on a delivery setting device 120 when the setting alteration is in coincidence with either end of the stacker 108, and thus alteration of the amount of delivery from the delivery device 106 is made. Consequently, boundaries of delivery alteration and completion of the loading work are at all times in coincidence with the turning point 108A or 108B of the stacker 108, which should prevent dislocation of stacking layers likely to be produced in the longitudinal direction of a baking bed 109.
