    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the scale removal efficiency of spray lap parts by inverting the high-pressure water injection angles of adjacent nozzles to positive and negative with each other and setting the spraying width of the respective nozzles of one among the nozzle groups narrower than the spraying width of the other nozzles. SOLUTION: The plural nozzles 4 are arrayed at equal intervals along the transverse direction W of a steel sheet. The injection axes thereof are so set that one nozzle is attack injection and the other is follow injection by inverting the injection angles of the adjacent nozzles 4 to positive and negative with each other and inclining the nozzles in directions opposite to each other. The high-pressure water 5 injected from the respective adjacent nozzles 4 is so set as to overlap on each other in the transverse direction W of the sheet. At this time, the spraying width A2 of the follow injection side is set narrower than the spraying width A1 on the attack injection side. As a result, the influence by the stagnating water 6 of the outlet side injection spray 5b is drastically lessened and the water is directly collided against the steel sheet 1 surfaces. The scale removal effect by the impact force thereof is enhanced.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of zero adjustment in leveling of a screw- down location by adjusting the rolling-down locations of the rolling-down device on the drive side and the rolling-down device on the work side so that the difference between the total value of the upper load on the work side and lower load on the same and the total value of the upper load on the drive side and lower load on the same is in a prescrived range. SOLUTION: The next relationship is effected from the relationship between the force received with the bearing of each roll and thrust force. ΔP=(1/2). (Po up + Po down)-(Pd up + Pd down)}. Where, ΔP is a load excessly applied to the work side because the leveling is not matched, Po up and Po down are rollingdown forces imparted to roll chocks 3, 9 on the work side from the rolling-down device on the work side and Pd up and Pd down are rolling forces imparted to the roll chocks 4, 10 on the drive side from the rolling-down device on the drive side. Then, by respectively detecting the rollingdown forces Po up, Po down, Pd up, Pd down and making the value of difference load ΔP fall in a specified range, the leveling is optimized.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove oxide scale after rolling even in the case of hardly peelable scale by overlapping high pressure waters to each other from adjacent nozzles viewing from a steel plate transported direction and making an inlet side injection angle of the nozzle inclined alternately in the opposite direction larger than an outlet side injection angle. SOLUTION: Respective headers 2 are extended in the width direction of a steel plate 1, the nozzles 3 to each other adjacent to the axes of plural nozzles 3 which are arranged to the header 2 along the steel plate direction, are inclined alternately in the opposite direction. Its nozzle angles are alternately arranged and set so that an outlet side injection angle θd of an outlet side injection spray 4b and an inlet side injection angle θe of an inlet side injection spray 4a become θe>θd. Further, high pressure water 4 injected from the respective nozzles 3 are injected in the plate width direction with the prescribed spray width and the respective high pressure waters 4 injected from the adjacent nozzles 3 are set to overlap each other in the plate width direction.
