    • PURPOSE:To shorten a time of supply and to enhance precision of supply by intermittently supplying liquid chemical until the preset value of measurement while the weight of liquid chemical to be supplied is measured and gradually shortening the time of supply for the respective sections in this intermittent supply as the weight of liquid chemical approaches the preset value of measurement. CONSTITUTION:While the weight of supplied liquid chemical is measured, this liquid chemical is intermittently supplied until the preset value of measurement. The time of supply for the respective sections in this intermittent supply is gradually shortened as the weight value of measurement approachs the preset value of measurement. For example, the liquid chemical is continuously supplied by utilizing a large measurement valve SV1 and a small measurement valve SV2 until the correction value of changeover value. When the weight of the liquid chemical reachs this correction value of changeover value, the valve SV1 is closed and intermittent supply is performed by repeating the opening and closing of only the valve SV2. In this case, the time of supply for the respective sections is gradually shortened as the weight value of measurement approachs the preset value of measurement. As a result, the time of supply can be remarkably shortened and precision of supply can be enhanced.

    • PURPOSE:To provide the title unit so designed that a holder capable of holding plural chemical containers is intermittently rotated, and at its stopped position, one of said container is gripped and transferred to the above of a chemical-receiving tank followed by inverse charge of the chemical into said tank, thereby enabling the chemical to be reasonably charged without the need for any complicated pipings. CONSTITUTION:A circular holder 1 capable of holding plural chemical containers is rotated by means of an intermittently rotating means 5, and said containers 3 are successively brought to the above of a unloading means 9; and when the system is stopped by a positioning cylinder 7, one of said containers 3 is lifted between a pair of arms 19 within a gripping part 12 through a lifting plate 10 at the upper end of said means 9, and is gripped with said a pair of arms 19, allowed to slide above a chemical-receiving tank 13 followed by charging said tank 13 with the chemical in said container 3 by a rotary means 24. Thereafter, the container 3 emptied is returned to the original unloading position by a transfer means 11, being released from the gripping part 12, allowed to descend and returned to the original position in the holder 1. The above process is automatically repeated in succession, thus accomplishing easy and reasonable charge of plural chemicals into the tank 13 without the need for complicated pipings.

    • PURPOSE:To conduct an inspection regardless of configuration and speed up the inspection by holding an object to be weighed that is conveyed on a conveyor line by two sandwich-wise holding belts, floating the object and detecting its weight by a weight sensor from above. CONSTITUTION:A spacing between two sandwich-wise holding belts 18 is preset in accordance with the width of an object 20 to be weighed. Data, such as the tare weight of a measuring mechanism, are inputted to a controller 22. Then, a mini-motor speed output unit 27 is operated by an operation, each belt 18 tensioned across a pair of rollers 13 and 15 is run at the same speed as that of the belt portion 6 of a conveyor line 5 and the object 20 to be weighed is continuously supplied to the upstream side upper surface of the belt portion 6 at constant intervals. At the result, the conveyed object 20 to be weighed is held between the two belts 18 as sandwiched therebetween the floated along the inclinations of the belts 18 by the rotation of the rollers 13. At this time, the weight of the object 20 is detected by a weight sensor 9. Therefore, the object 20 with any configuration can be inspected and an inspection can be speeded up because no upset is generated.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a fineness tester capable of extremely easily performing the fitting of an yarn end to a frame, extremely easily cutting the yarn in the recovery of a wound hank from the frame and improving the accuracy of the wound yarn length and the reliability of the fineness measurement. CONSTITUTION:This fineness tester has a frame 10 to form a plurality of hanks parallelly arranged in lateral direction by separating plural yarns for the fineness measurement in a state separated in lateral direction and winding the yarns at definite lengths. A bar 13 acting as a yarn-winding part of the hank frame is provided with section-restricting divisions 17 to restrict the winding section of each yarn. The starting end of the yarn unwound from the frame 10 is passed through the gap between the section-restricting divisions 17 and sucked and held with a yarn end sucking mechanism 18 placed close to the frame 10. Each hank is successively cut with a cutting mechanism 33 to open the ring and the hank cut at the prescribed position is successively weighed with an electronic balance (not shown in the figure).

    • PURPOSE:To provide a gaseous nitrogen separation method where even if the temperature around an adsorbent is changed, gaseous nitrogen of a specified concentration is obtained. CONSTITUTION:In a method for separating gaseous nitrogen from a gaseous starting material, at least two processes, such as an adsorption process where the gaseous starting material mainly consisting of gaseous nitrogen is fed to absorbers 3, 4 packed with an adsorbent in a state of pressurization to preferentially adsorb gas other than the gaseous nitrogen by the adsorbent and the gaseous nitrogen of high concentration is extracted to outside the absorbers and a regeneration process where the absorbers 3, 4 are evacuated to desorb the gas adsorbed by the adsorbent are repeated successively and alternatively. The temperature around the adsorbent is detected and the pressure in the adsorption process is changed according to the detected temperature based on the correlation between temperature-gaseous nitrogen concentration-pressure in the adsorption process.
