    • PURPOSE:To raise the self-standing property of an underground continuous wall as well as to suppress the early-period subsidence of the wall by a method in which a hollow is formed in the underground continuous wall, and earth anchors are provided in the hollow to give it a post tension force. CONSTITUTION:A trench 1 for an underground continuous wall of an expanded width is excavated in a given place, and an iron bar cage 3 in which a hollow pipe 2 is vertically set is erected into the trench 1. Concrete 4 is placed and hardened, and then an earth anchor hole 5 is drilled in the ground through the hollow pipe 2 by means of a boring machine. Afterwards, an anchoring grout is injected, an anchor steel material 6 is inserted to form an earth anchor, and after the concrete 4 hardens, post tension is given to the anchor in order to construct an underground continuous wall. A self-standing property can thus be given to the underground continuous wall.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of solidification work of the surrounding of a pile by a method in which a water-soluble material bag filled with a mud water solidifying agent is wound around the periphery of a custom-made pile and fixed, and the custom-made pile is erected into an excavated pit and cured until the surrounding ground of the pile is solidified. CONSTITUTION:A solidifying agent 3, e.g., cement, aluminum powder, iron powder, etc., is packed into a cylindrical or flat bag 2 made of a water-soluble paper, film, woven fabric or nonwoven fabric. The bag 2 is wound around the periphery of a custom-made pile 1 and clamped with an iron plate 4, and then the custom-made pile 1 is erected into an excavated pit 1. When the bag 2 absorbs the excavating mud water, the bag 2 is dissolved, the solidifying agent 3 is dispersed into the mud water and reacted with the mud water, and the mud water with the agent 3 is dried and solidified to form a solidified surrounding body 5 of the pile. Since a solidifying liquid for the surrounding of the pile is not used, the disposal operation of wastes can be eliminated, and the solidifying is easy. The cost of the solidifying work can thus be reduced.
