    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-dip Al-Zn-plated steel sheet having superior corrosion resistance.SOLUTION: An Al content in a plated film is 20-95 mass% and a Ca content in the plated film is 0.01-10 mass%; or the total content of Ca and Mg is 0.01-10 mass%. Furthermore, the plated film is formed of an upper layer and an alloy phase existing in the interface between the upper layer and a base steel sheet, and it is preferable that the Ca, or the Ca and Mg are mainly contained in the upper layer. Furthermore, the Ca, or the Ca and Mg preferably form an intermetallic compound with one or more metals selected from Zn, Al and Si. Thus, the plated film contains the Ca, or the Ca and Mg, and thereby, these elements are contained in a corrosion product formed in an overlapped portion, stabilize the corrosion product and provide an effect of delaying the subsequent progress of corrosion. As a result, the corrosion resistance is improved.

The hot-pressed member exhibits a natural immersion potential of -600 to -360 mV relative to the standard hydrogen electrode, in a 0.5 M aqueous NaCl solution saturated with air at a temperature of 25°C±0.5°C.
