摘要： PURPOSE:To improve rigidity, printability and workability and reduce bubbling in the use of a container for carbonated drink by a method wherein an outer layer made of polystyrene resin and/or polyolefin resin is laminated onto both sides of an inner layer under the condition that the thickness of each outer layer is specified in percentage with respect to the whole layer. CONSTITUTION:On both sides of an inner layer made of resin composition, which is prepared by adding talc and calcium carbonate to resin component consisting of polystyrene resin or of the mixture of polystyrene resin and polyolefin resin, an outer layer made of polystyrene resin and/or polyolefin resin is laminated. In this case, the thickness of each outer layer is set to be 3% or more or that of the whole layer. The polyolefin resin is exampled by polyethylene, polypropylene or the like, the melt index of which is normally 1-10g/10min Further, when the mixture of polystyrene resin and polyolefin resin is used, about 50wt.% or more of polystyrene resin is normally employed.

CONSTITUTION:For the polyethylene terephthalate material of a container, there are employed a laminated sheet that consists of a predetermined rate of thermoplastic resin with a specific melt index and an inorganic filler, and a specific polyethylene terephthalate resin layer. The thermoplastic resin used in the resin composite layer has an melt index of being in the range of 0.3-10, and the resin composite layer contains the thermoplastic resin and inorganic filler at the rate of a weight ratio of 7:3 or 3:7. As the polyethylene terephthalate resin layer, polyethylene terephthalate resin with a glass transition point of 100 deg.C or below is used, and provided on one side or both sides of the resin composite layer.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce a laminate enhanced in aroma retaining properties and heat-insulating properties by forming pellets having specific voids using a specific basic compsn. and forming an inner layer from a compsn. prepared by adding a chemical forming agent to the pellets and providing both outer layers composed of specific polyethylene terephthalate on both surfaces of the inner layer. Subsequently, 0.5-5 pts.wt. of a chemical foaming agent is added to 100 pts.wt. of the pellets and the resulting compsn. is formed into an inner layer. Both outer layers constituted of polyethylene terephthalate containing 1,4-cyclohexane dimethanol as a glycol unit are subjected to co- extrusion at 170-25 deg.C and laminated on both surfaces of the inner layer to produce a laminate having aroma retaining properties and heat isulating properties.
