A first shaft 6 on which the first bending member 15 is rotatably mounted is fixed to a first support base 16 of the U shape, and a second shaft 7 on which the second bending member 18 is rotatably mounted is fixed to a second support base 17 respectively. The first support base 16 and the second support base 17 are fixed to the undersurface of a lower beam member 1.
