    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for preventing increase in temperature due to the heat generated from a power element that is radiated inside of a casing. SOLUTION: In the casing having a heat radiation section and a cooling fan, a guide extended by a prescribed value to the heat radiation section is provided at one portion of the casing. When the guide section forcedly air-cools the cooling fan, the air heated by a substrate generating much heat flows into a substrate, generating a relatively small amount of heat that prevents the substrate generating a relatively small amount of heat from being warmed. Thus, for example the substrate generating much heat is arranged at a position near the cooling fan, as compared with the substrate generating a relatively small amount of heat. Alternatively, the substrate generating much heat is arranged at a position near an intake surface, as compared with the substrate that generates a relatively small amount of heat. The guide section is provided in the casing, enabling heat radiation in the substrate generating much heat that generates a relatively small amount of heat, or the like, and enables reduction in the temperature increase.
