      SOLUTION: A domain wherein MS
      n+1 spectrums are intermingled adjacently is extracted, and a domain wherein re-determination of the valence number is performed is determined. Then, each spectrum intensity in a prescribed extracted interminglement domain is listed in each scan, and spectrum intensity fluctuation between lists in each scan is calculated, and each spectrum group fluctuating in the same way is grouped. Analysis of mass spectrometry data including a step for performing re-determination of the valence number is performed based on the grouped data.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mass-spectrometric analytical data analyzer for enhancing reliability for determining a molecular ion peak in an estimated sample or objective component by a liquid chromatograph mass spectrometer.
      SOLUTION: A detectable ion peak mass number is calculated based on an ion source species used for ionization in steps 100-102, polarity and a mobile phase solvent species, and the presence of consistent ion within a storage measured data is retrieved in a step 103. Returning to the step 100 is carried out when no consistent peak exists. When the consistent peak exists, a mass chromatogram data is computed by the mass number of the consistent ion peak in a step 104, the peak is determined in a step 105, and peak detection is determined when a fixed value or more of peak intensity is found with respect to a base line noise value of the chromatogram. Returning to the step 100 is carried out when no peak is determined in the step 105. When the peak is determined in the step 105, it is stored as a report together with a mass spectrometric data in steps 106, 107.
