摘要： PURPOSE:To detect the displacement of an object to be measured, by irradiating said object with a sharp strip-shaped laser beam longitudinally converged by means of a cylindrical lens, and picking up the reflected light by means of a scanning type image pickup camera to obtain the positional displacement of the picture. CONSTITUTION:From a laser oscillator 16 through a lens 17 and a cylindrical lens 17A, a laser beam is applied so as to form a light strip 18 which is narrow in the longitudinal direction (z) of an angle 5 along the track and elongated in the directions of two sides (x) and (y). The light strip 18 is picked up by means of a scanning line type camera 19 to obtain a picture 18B. The angle theta between the light-projecting axis and the optical axis of the camera and the inclination thereof are regulated so that the X and Y directions of the picture 18B correspond to the horizontal and vertical directions on the picture-receiving screen. At first, the whole frame is scanned to obtain a pulse generating position. Then, only the vicinity thereof is scanned a small number of times in order to reduce the measuring time. The maximum signal is detected in a picture detecting part 21, the position coordinates are obtained in a signal processing part 22 and converted into analog quantities in a D/A conerter 23, and the coordinate displacement of the object being measured is obtained in a coordinate converting part 24. Thereby, the change in position of the object to be measured can be obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the precision of a track curve by removing a ghost waveform from the track curve by performing required arithmetic as to input measurement data of a track passage deviation or track height deviation obtained in the three- point measuring method. CONSTITUTION:From three-point measurement system 15 provided to a detecting- measuring vehicle, track deviation data DELTAY are supplied to A/D converter 16. On the other hand, sampling pulse generator 17 generates sampling pulse SP in proportion to a distance by using distance pulse DP from the detecting-measuring vehicle, A/D converter 16 samples and digitizes data DELTAY of every constant distance to obtain deviation value [DELTAY], and original-curve arithmetic circuit 18 obtains an original curve. Of the original curve, the curve part or wave component long in gradient part is eliminated by digital filter 19. To eliminate a measurement error when the vehicle body changes in direction greatly as the detecting-measuring vehicle moves, initial-value setting circuit 22 resets an initial value. Thus, the precision of the track curve can be improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To detect the inclination of a track with high precision by running a two-shaft and four-wheel vehicle for measurement on the track and adding algebraically the flatness from the point of one wheel which contacts a rail surface to one plane determined by three optional points of wheels. CONSTITUTION:The analog signal for flatness measurement from a flatness measuring device 10 is converted by an A-D converter 12 into a digital value ion synchronism with pulses generated by an SP generating part 24 at intervals of the constant run distance of the measuring vehicle. Then, the digital signal of flatness after an offset is removed is switched and connected by a demultiplexer 12 to adders 15-1-15-m in synchronism with sampling pulses. Then, the respective adders sums up flatness cumulatively and the arithmetic result is branched into two; one is sent to a D-A converter 18 and the other is sent to a shift register (SF) 16. Then, the contents of the SF are returned to an input side and added to next flatness. A digital signal of level sent to the converter 18, on the other hand, is converted there into an analog value, and a bias switching part 19 performs bias switching to record the value on a recorder 21.

The coil 10 is fixed and supported by a supporting member 11 so that the coil 10 is located between a sensor 4 and a structure 8 or equipment. Even if part of magnetic flux leaks, the part is shielded by the coil 10 and does not reach the structure and the like. Therefore, even if the structure and the like 8 are moved relatively with respect to the sensor 4, the sensor 4 does not sense the change in inductance. The passing on the specified point is not erroneously detected by the movement of the structure and the like 8 in the vicinity of the sensor 4. The body of the car, its annexed structures or equipment can be provided in the vicinity of the sensor. The occurrence of erroneous detection due to the external conditions can be avoided.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform stable, sensitive, highly accurate detection of the displacement of the rail regardless of weather, by regarding the rail as an iron core and providing an exciting coil and detecting coils so as to form a differential transformer. CONSTITUTION:At the locations which have a specified height (h) over the top part of the rail 1, a primary coil 11 and secondary coils 12a and 12b are arranged on a truck of a measuring car. Both coils are air core coils. Their axial direction is horizontal and perpendicular to the rail 1. The rail 1 functions as if it were the core in the differential transformer. When the primary coil 11 is excited by an AC, the secondary coil are magnetically coupled by magnetic lines of force H. Since both secondary coils are differentially connected, the output becomes zero when the rail is located at the central position between both coils. When the rail is displaced in the horizontal direction, the detected signal corresponding to the amount of the displacement is outputted.
