    • PURPOSE:To obtain a forming die having an adjustable bore by forming flexibly the core of the forming die. CONSTITUTION:A retaining ring 11 is disposed on the outside circumference at the rear end of a die 1 which may be any of conventional dies. Respectively semicircular grooves 12 are provided on the inside circumference of the ring 11 and the outside circumference at the rear end of the die and a frame 4 is disposed in the grooves having the circular sectional shape formed in the above- mentioned way so that fine bars 5 form a drum-shaped rear end. When a cable 3 having the changing outside diameter and tapes 2 to be applied longitudinally thereon are introduced into the forming die constituted in such a way, the tapes 2 are pressed onto the outside circumference of the cable 3 by the bars 5 after the passage through the die 1 in the inlet part by which the tape diameter is automatically conformed to the cable diameter and the satisfactory longitudinal application of the tape in the cable is accomplished.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dividable wire enameling die which is replaceable without severing the wire, easily disassembled, and by which the enameling quality is improved.
      SOLUTION: The dividable wire enameling dice comprises a dice main body 10 of a bisected structure, and a dice case 11 which is outside fitted slidably on tapered surface of the dice main body 10. The dice main body 10 has a first dice 10a and a second dice 10b in a symmetrical shape, and the tapered surfaces in part on perimeters thereof respectively, and a predetermined length. The die is mounted on the wire 5 in such a manner that the wire is pinched between the dice 10a and 10b, which are butted against each other, and with the posture maintained the dice case 11 is mantled on them from above so that the dice 10a and 10b are adhered and integrated by the pressing force exerted on the tapered surfaces by the dice case 11. Disassembly (separation) of the dice 10a and 10b is achieved by sliding of the dice case 11 in the dismantling direction thereof.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a wire from being cut by furnishing a guide rail with a group of movable sheaves as practicable to approach or go apart from the side of stationary sheave group, wherein the movable sheaves shall be capable of rotating as well as going up and down from the horizontal position with the axis of the stationary sheaves as its center, thereby eliminating risk of applying an excessive tension to the wire. CONSTITUTION:During the wire in accumulation, a group of movable sheaves 2 are pulled with a set tension same as in synchronous condition in which the incoming and outgoing speeds of the wire into/out of the accumulator, and the incoming speed is constant. However the outgoing speed decreases, and when the wire 12 is stopped, the tension applied thereto lowers below the external tension, and the movable sheave group 2 move in the direction of arrow 8 for accumulation of the wire. When out of wire, on the other hand, the incoming speed of wire into the accumulator is constant same as in synchronization and accumulation, but the outlet wire speed becomes higher than the inlet for the purpose of collection, which can be performed only under the condition wherein the tension is greater than the external tension to cause the wire 12 with increased tension, so that rotating and tilting a guide rail 3 will allow the movable sheave group 2 to move toward the stationary sheave group 1 by their own weight to lead to setoff of the increased tension, which will ensure prevention of elongation or cutting.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance effectiveness in works and the quality of traction cables by placing trucks with cable receptacle roller, which provides possibility of coupling and decoupling the cables automatically, on the rails for traveling of a movable sheave and thereby priventing the cable from slackening by simple construction. CONSTITUTION:Trucks 4 are placed on the rails designed for traveling of a movable sheave 2, and coupling and decoupling means 7, 8 are installed between the sheave 2 and trucks 4 and between trucks facing each other. When this movable 2 sheave 2 travels toward the stationary sheave 1, a traction fitting 10 is put in engagement with an L-shaped metal 11 to drive the truck 4 forward. When the sheave 2 travels in the direction apart from the sheave, 1, the metal 11 moves in engagement with the fitting 10, where a crank 12 comes in contact with a position setting piece 9 and is rotated to cause disengagement. Thus slackening of the cable is prevented by the truck 4 equipped with a cable receptacle roller 6.
