摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate easily a ripple with software without a filter of hardware, by adding an average value output operating part to the shortest time response controlling part of a lower-level computer. CONSTITUTION:An average value number indicating the number of operation outputs to be averaged and outputted is set to an average value output operating part 12. The target value from an upper-level computer and the feedback quantity from a current detector 6 are taken into the shortest time response controlling part of the lower-level computer. The shortest time control operation is performed on a basis of taken-in data so that an optimum current is flowed to a magnetic field coil. If a plasma current exciting signal of a control interruption signal does not exist, the number of outputs which is set to the operating part 12 are averaged, and the operation result is stored in an operation result table and is outputted. If the plasma current exciting signal exists, the current operation result is outputted without executing the average value output operation.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable to preferably control a power source to the synchronous power source voltage having large variation in the distortion and frequency by employing an active element for a synchronous power source filter and holdig the output of the filter at the prescribed phase difference to the synchronous power source. CONSTITUTION:Distortion components of synchronous power source filters 3,4 are removed from a 3-phase synchyronous power source voltage which is inputted to power source transformers 1, 2. The outputs of the filters 3, 4 are respectively applied through synchronous detectors 5, 6 to a phase difference detector 7, and the phase difference detection signal is fed to an adder 14. A stationary bias voltage from a stationary bias power source 10 and a correction bias voltage from a bias correctong circuit 8 are applied to the adder 14, the output of which is applied through an LPF10 to a voltage controlled oscillator 11. The oscillator 11 outputs a pulse which is proportional to the input voltage, and is supplied through a frequency divider 12 and a ring counter 13 to next pulse phase unit.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a detector which can be simply manufactured and handled by providing a circuit for discriminating between a pulse waveform produced at a coil before a superconductive coil transfers to normal conductive coil and a single shot pulse waveform and detecting beforehand the normal conduction transfer. CONSTITUTION:The voltage pulse 9 of a superconductive coil 7 is inputted to a normal conduction transfer detector 8, a noise is prevented and waveform is shaped by a discriminator 1 provided to a set value S1, and the output 10 of the discriminator 1 is counted by a counter register 3. This register 3 is cleared by a pulse having a predetermined period T1 set by a pulse generator 2, and the output 12 increases to a counted value N every time the output pulse 11 is counted. This counted value is compared by a digital comparator 4 with the value S2 set by a setter 5, and a detection signal 14 for controlling with the counted value exceeding the S2 is outputted. In this manner, the sporadic pulse and the frequently generating pulse transferred to normal conduction transfer can be discriminated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To back a transmission line, etc., up adequately with regard to its abnormality by doubling a signal transmission system and then by providing a loop controller with functions of power-down bypassing, subcontroller bypassing, loop breaking and channel switching. CONSTITUTION:Master controller 1 is provided at a main system side and through transmission line 2, signal transmission and reception to and from loop controllers 42-45 following loop controller 41 are carried out. Those loop controllers 41-45 are arranged corresponding to subcontrollers 31-35 and a closed loop is constituted which starts with controller 1 and returns to controller 1 by circulating through loop controllers 41-45 in series. This transmission line 2 consists of systems A and B by doubling and the section between controller 1 and buffer amplifiers 51 and 52 is also doubled. Then, loop controllers 41-45 are provided with functions of power-down bypassing, subcontroller bypassing, loop breaking and channel switching so as to treat properly abnormality such as an electric power failure and controller trouble.
