摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the elevator reforming works at the site simply and certainly, such that a stopper for an existing balance weight of an elevator is installed in a position having a high load dispersing effect when an earthquake is generated. SOLUTION: A new stopper 7 in a plate form with its longitudinal direction positioned vertically is used as a stopper to be mounted on a frame 3 of a balance weight 2 for dispersing the force applied to a guide rail 1 when an earthquake is generated, and a bolt 8 for fixing the upper part of the new stopper 7 to the frame 3 is inserted into a mounting hole 3a for existing stopper bored in the frame 3 near the center between an upper and a lower guide device 4 and fastened so that there is no more need to execute troublesome boring works at the site when the new stopper 7 is to be installed. Also because the new stopper 7 will range over a relatively wide range in the vertical direction, it is very easy to locate the new stopper 7 in the range which allows expectation for a good load dispersing effect in the event of earthquake occurrence.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a locking device of an elevator car door which can release the lock of the car door securely even though the power source of the elevator is cut off owing to a fire or a power failure, and can prevent the door opening and closing device and the locking device from going to a broken condition. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic device 19 excited by the running of an elevator is installed at the upper side of car doors 1a and 1b, and a movable member 21 to carry out the locking operation by the attraction force of the electromagnetic device 19, and a restoring spring 28 to unlock the movable member 21 when the electromagnetic device 19 is made in a demagnetized condition are provided. And an energizing member 18 is provided at the side of the car doors 1a and 1b opposite to the movable member 21, and furthermore, the unlocking operation of the movable member 21 is detected by a detecting switch 3. And an instruction circuit 24 to allow the opening operation of the car doors 1a and 1b when the detection is made by the detecting switch 3 is provided, and the opening operation in the locking condition of the cage doors is prevented, so as to prevent a breakage of the door opening and closing device and the locking device.
