    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of an indicating line for guiding a visually disabled person, for accurately constructing a shape and arrangement of projection and preventing particularly constructed projections from being deformed by travel of an automobile. SOLUTION: The projection 1 of a desired shape is manufactured in advance by a reaction-curing resin. The projection 1 is arranged at a predetermined interval. A sheet sticking projection 3 of sticking its upper surface to a sheet 2 is prepared. A flat belt-like line 4 is formed on a road surface 5 equipped with the projection 1 by paint made of a reaction-curing resin. Before hardening the belt-like line 4, the projection 1 side of the sheet sticking projection 3 is set below, and is placed on and pressed to the belt-like line 4.     • PURPOSE:To enable application of special separation line on a road surface by emitting paint from a paint discharge port on the road surface while controlling cooperational operation of an actuator with signals from a movement distance sensor and a pattern setter. CONSTITUTION:The opening/closing timing of an actuator 9 is controlled by a controller to which signals from a moving distance sensor and of a protruding form and from pattern setter are input, while fluid is flowed in or out fluid flow-in/out holes 9a, 13a to operate actuators 9, 13 in a cooperation manner, and a shielding plate 6 and a shutter 12 are moved through rods 10, 14 and a link 15, then paint is flowed out onto a road face 11 while a paint discharge port is opened. When the shielding plate 6 is raised, projection corresponding to the shape of a groove 8 on a forming plate 5 is formed on a normal partitioning line 4. At that time when the plate 6 tends to cover the groove 8, discharge of paint for the projection is stopped to eliminate the projection. It is thus possible to secure application of a special partitioning line providing visualability easily and simply.

    • PURPOSE:To easily remove an iron powder from a fine powder by separating the fine powder containing a fine magnetic material into a non-magnetic material and a magnetic material in a liquid using a magnet or electromagnet. CONSTITUTION:The fine powder 3 and fine iron powders 5a, 5b transferred to a wall surface 1 are dispersed in the liquid stored in a container 8 to form a suspension 9. That is, the fine iron powder 5a adhered to the fine powder is separated to be brought to a state easy to move in the suspension 9. Since a magnet 2 is arranged to the outside of the container 8, the tine iron powder 5b liberated from the fine powder 3 is attracted to be gathered to the N-and S-poles of the magnet 2. Further, since the stirring rod 6a and blade 6b held to a lid 11 by a bearing 7 are rotated at a proper speed, the fine iron powder 5a in the suspension 9 is perfectly removed and the suspension 9 is taken out to the outside from the taking-out port 13 to be transferred to the next process.
