It is thus possible to secure application of a special partitioning line providing visualability easily and simply.

When the power source 3 is actuated, the machine 1 begins to move to push the vehicle 2 from the back side, and when the handle 11 is pushed to the left, the vehicle 2 is turned to the right direction. The machine 1 is then turned to the right while oscillating its head. Since the hand construction machine can be moved by power, quick operation is possible.
