CONSTITUTION:A carrier address generating section 1 generates an m-bit carrier address of a prescribed sampling period and an ROM 2 receives an n-bit data series consecutive timewise and an m-bit carrier address and outputs a multi- value polyphase digital modulation wave accordingly and a D/A converter 3 applies D/A conversion to the multi-value polyphase digital modulation wave. Moreover, two orthogonal amplitude components are calculated from n-bit data series in advance and a sine wave component and a cosine wave component represented by an m-bit carrier address are multiplied with the result for the synthesis and the result is stored input address to the ROM 2.

    • PURPOSE:To attain sure connection without movement of a mobile station even when a communication traffic is concentrated locally or a fault takes place in a radio base station with respect to the communication control circuit system of mobile communication. CONSTITUTION:A channel management means 12 manages a communication channel used by a communication controller 11 for the communication with a host station such as a radio line control station and a mobile station 100 at present and outputs number of communication channels in use. A transmission power command means, 13 receiving number of channels from the channel management means 12 outputs a decrease command when the channel number is increased and outputs an increase command when the channel number is conversely decreased. An amplifier 5 decreases the amplification factor of the transmission power for a control channel when the decrease command comes from the transmission power command means 13 and increases the amplification factor of the transmission power for the control channel when the increase command comes from the transmission power command means 13.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a hit by selecting a base station in common to base stations forming a zone just before hand-off and base stations forming a zone just after as a branch of route diversity before and after the hand-off. CONSTITUTION:When a mobile station MS7 during communication moves to a position (2), that is, from a duplicate zone A1 to A2, the MS7 moves to the duplicate zone A2 shown in (3) after hand-off. In this case, base stations BS3, BS4 forming in common the zone A1 before hand-off and the zone A2 after hand-off are selected as the branches for route diversity after and before the hand-off. Thus, the MS7 is in line connection to either a BS3 or a BS4 just before the hand-off for communication and then the hand-off is implemented. As a result, since the MS 7 is in line connection with the same base station just before and just after the hand-off and hand-off is implemented, the hit of the communication at hand-off is prevented.
