摘要： PURPOSE:To hold a circumferential relative position stably by integrally molding a metal flange and an embedded conductor, by forming a compressed gas compartment at the outside circumference and by providing a locking section of a resin mold layer consisting of dents and projections formed in a recessed groove in what insulates and supports a charging section. CONSTITUTION:In case a gap length g is caused between the outside circumference of a resin mold layer 12 and a metal flange 14 by the contraction of the resin mold layer 12 and the resin mold layer 12 is thermally expanded, the gap length g absorbs the difference in thermal expansion with the metal flange 14 to avoid the generation of thermal stress. On the other hand, an insulating spacer is clamped airtightly between the flange and the metal container provided. When a conductor of large current flow is connected to an embedded conductor 3, the width (w) of the metal flange 14 is formed slightly larger than the thickness of the resin mold layer 12 and the flange interval is well held, so that the resin mold layer 12 can be pivoted. With dents 21 and projections 22 of a locking section 20 the pivot is limited within the range of the gap length g.

The inner circumferential edge of the opening 17 is rounded. By such arrangement, shield can be eliminated and processing time can be shortened.
