    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the drop of the lubricant applied to the surface of the can component by deairing and injecting the lubricant accommodated in a lubricant accommodation device towards the can component carrier to a processing die by an injecting device so as to transfer the lubricant in a channel smoothly and enable the correct control of the injection pressure and the injection volume of the lubricant. SOLUTION: A device A1 is equipped with a heater 10 and a manifold 11 on the side face of a lubricant tank 3, and injects the lubricant to a scan component 2 from injection guns 24, 25 via the manifold 11. At the time of deaerating the lubricant, the powder lubricant is fulfilled in the tank 3, heated at a proper temperature and molten by the heater 10. Then, a magnet valve attached to the device A1 is actuated based on the signal of a control unit, and a vacuum generating device and the tank 3 are coupled via an intake pipe 8 to deair the lubricant. Thereafter, along with the finish of the setting time, the device is changed to a pressure source by the operation of the magnet valve, so as to complete the preparation of injection. The generation of air bubbles in the lubricant is prevented by the deairing control.

SOLUTION: In the device for folding a bag 3 in the which a can cover is contained, there are provided a first folding mechanism 17, which is attached to a supporting frame 12 provided so as to face a transfer route of the bag 3 and which folds an open end of the bag 3 to form an initial folded part and forms an arcuate protruding part using a part other than the initial folded part, and a second folding mechanism 18 which is attached to the frame 12 and folds the protruding part to the side of the can cover to form a first folded part. Further, these is provided a third folding mechanism 19 which is attached to the frame 12, whereby the forward end of a beak part formed at the end since the first folded part and the initial folded part are formed is folded toward the can cover to form a third folded part and the beak part is folded from root end toward the can cover to form a second folded part so that the third folded part and the first folded part are bonded to each other.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent can lids set on a tray from being upset or inverted. SOLUTION: This can lid bagging apparatus comprises a tray 8 for holding a plurality of can lids 7 in an arranged state, a special slide cylinder 5 for advancing the tray 8 into and retreating it from a bag and a tray base 6, and a push rod for restricting the movement of the plurality of can lids 7 in the case where the tray 8 retreats from the bag, with the aid of the tray 8, which abuts against the can lid 7 positioned on the open end side of the bag in a state that the tray 8 advances inside the bag. In this case, a joint bracket 29 is provided which in mounted to the tray 8 and abuts against the can lid 7 positioned at the rear end located in an advancing direction with respect to the bag to give it an urging force working in the advancing direction.
