    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a transfer product such as a decorative material or the like having a three-dimensional protrusion and recess surface and excellent durability of a surface decoration.
      SOLUTION: A transfer product such as a decorative material D or the like is obtained by opposing a transfer layer side of a transfer sheet S having a support and the layer to a protrusion and recess surface side of a base material B to be transferred, colliding solid particles P injected from injectors 32a and 32b using impellers, bringing the sheet into pressure contact with the base material by their collision pressure, and then releasing the support. In this case, as an adhesive, a reactive hot-melt type adhesive is used. Its initial adhesion is conducted by a hot melt adhesion, and it is finally adhered by a curing reaction.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer securely to a three-dimensional recessed and projected face by a transfer sheet and manufacture a transferred product such as a decorative material efficiently. SOLUTION: In the constitution of a device, the transfer layer side of a transfer sheet S formed of a substrate and the transfer layer is faced to a recessed and projected side face of a base B to be transferred, and solid particles P jetted from a jet instrument 1 are made to collide with the substrate side of the transfer sheet to bring the transfer sheet with the base to be transferred by the collision pressure, and then the substrate is released to manufacture a transferred product such as a decorative material. At that time, when the collision pressure of solid particles is applied, the material to be transferred is carried reciprocatingly by a base carrying device 2 for carrying reciprocatingly the base to be transferred at least on a position facing the jet instrument, and the collision pressure is applied several times on the same site on the material to be transferred.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a transfer layer to a recess interior of a transfer product such as a decorative material having a three-dimensional irregular surface. SOLUTION: In the method for transferring a curved surface comprising the steps of opposing a transfer layer side of a transfer sheet S made of a support 1 and the transfer sheet 2 to an irregular surface side of a base material B to be transferred having the protrusion and recess surface, colliding solid particles P to the support side of the sheet S, bringing the sheet S into pressure contact with the protrusion and recess surface of the base material by utilizing the collision pressure, adhering the transfer layer 2 to the base material, and then releasing to remove the support 1 of the sheet S, thereby transferring the layer 2 to the material B, as the sheet S, a transfer sheet S made of a layer containing thermoplastic urethane resin as a main component resin in at least one of the layers 2 is used. Even in the case of abruptly following to deform the sheet S to the irregularities of the surface of the base material by the collision pressure, the layer 2 can be oriented by following the deformation of the sheet S, and hence transfer fault due to a crack or release of the layer 2 does not occur.
