摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a peroxide of an oil and fat usably as a material for foods, medicines, etc., without changing components from those of a feed raw material by extracting the oil and fat containing highly unsaturated fatty acids with a supercritical fluid in a specific extraction column and recovering the fraction from the overhead top of the extraction column. SOLUTION: An oil and fat containing highly unsaturated fatty acids (e.g. a fatty acid containing >=10wt.% of >=18C highly unsaturated fatty acids having >=3 unsaturated bonds, its lower alcohol ester or a glyceride thereof) is extracted and separated with a supercritical fluid in an extraction column having a temperature gradient in the height direction of the column to recover all the fractions from the overhead top of the extraction column. The extraction is preferably carried out at 35-100 deg.C under 80-300 atm pressure.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a highly unsaturated fatty acid derivative which enables the fatty acid derivative to be obtained in a high purity condition while especially restraining the formation of thermally isomerized products, and to provide a high purity eicosapentaenoic acid derivative hardly causing antagonistic action. SOLUTION: In the method for producing the highly unsaturated fatty acid derivative in which separation and purification are carried out by supercritical chromatography using supercritical carbon dioxide as a mobile phase and silica gel as a stationary phase, (a) a mixture comprising highly unsaturated fatty acid derivatives having the same carbon number but being different in the double bond number from each other/one another or their alkyl esters is used as a raw material, (b) the silica gel has a particle diameter of 4.0-25.0 μm, a pore diameter of 0.005-0.015 μm, a pore volume of 0.65-1.10 mL/g and a specific surface area of 250-650 m2/g, and operating conditions are as follows: a pressure of 100-130 kg/cm2; a temperature of 30-60 deg.C; and a linear velocity of 10-70 cm/min. The high purity eicosapentaenoic acid is obtained by the above method.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively and economically conduct concentrated separation of a specific fatty acid ester such as docosahexaenoic ester by extractive separation of a fatty acid ester mixture by a specific means using a fluid in supercritical state. SOLUTION: First, a fatty acid ester mixture is subjected to extractive separation with a fluid in supercritical or subcritical state to remove low-molecular- weight fatty acid esters. 摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently extract and separate a predetermined component from a solid sample, especially from ginkgo leaves, by performing extraction while a fluid in a supercritical state is being introduced into a liquid in which a solid sample has been suspended. CONSTITUTION:Extraction is performed by introducing a fluid, such as carbon dioxide, in a super critical state into a liquid in which a solid sample such as ginkgo leaves has been suspended. For example, into a suspension prepared by mixing a powder of ginkgo leaves with ethanol in an amount more than its solubility, carbon dioxide is introduced which is being made in a supercritical state by means of a compressor 2 and a heat exchanger 5, thereby performing extraction. After the extraction, the carbon dioxide in a supercritical state is decompressed and supplied from an extraction tank 6 to a separation tank 8, where an extract is separated from the carbon dioxide. Therefore, the resulting carbon dioxide is released, as it is, from an exit 11 of the separation tank into the atmosphere, or is recovered and recycled.
