    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-channel optical path transducer in which characteristics of channels are equal by manufacturing positions of waveguides of respective channels and mirrors with high positional accuracy in a multi-channel optical path transducer which changes a plurality of optical paths using a plurality of mirrors. SOLUTION: A multi-channel optical path transducer which is made of resin and whose loss is low and in which characteristics of channels are equal is provided by depositing a core layer by resin on a substrate and by simultaneously and collectively forming a plurality of cores whose directions of optical paths are changed in the shape of a right angle in the state that mutual positional relationship is maintained by etching selectively the core layer and by providing mirror faces at the corner parts in the manufacturing method of the multi-channel optical path transducer consisting of a plurality of optical waveguides and a plurality of mirrors.
