SOLUTION: A gas introduction socket 2 is welded and fixed in a state of being upright on the gas pipe, a cylindrical leg portion 9 of a T-shaped connecting pipe 8 surrounds an outer periphery of the gas introduction socket and welded and fixed to the gas pipe, a working socket 18 with a plug is disposed on the connecting pipe positioned just above the introduction socket 2, one end of the T-shaped connecting pipe 8 is a branch pipe connection port 14, and the other end is a handhole 16.     • PURPOSE:To obtain mixed fluid of a required flow rate ratio and pressure stably and surely by interposing orifices each having a required aperture ratio to respective fluid passages, and interposing a pressure equalizing valve responding to the pressure of the other flow passage in front of one orifice. CONSTITUTION:For example, the liquefied fuel in a tank 1 is regulated to a required pressure by a pump 2 and a relief valve 3, is gasified by the warm water heating type gas generator 5 of a gas generator 4, and is refulated to a required pressure with a pressure regulated 6. On the other hand, air is pressurized to above the gas pressure after the valve 6 with a compressor 7 and is removed of moisture with a cooler 8, after which it is stored as dry air in a tank 9. Orifices to Ofa, Ofb each of a predetermined aperture ratio are interposed to the gas supply pipe A and air supply pipe B of this mixing device 11 and a pressure equolizing valve 12 is interposed to the front stage of Ofb of the pipe B. As the gas pressure P1 in the pipe A is supplied to the pilot of the valve 12, the air pressure P2 in the pipe B is so controlled as to become equal to the pressure P1 and the gas and air of a required flow rate ratio having passed the Ofa and Ofb are mixed in a mixer 15.
