摘要： PURPOSE:To stably operate a vertical roller mill even at a time of low load operation by operating holdup in the roller mill on the basis of pressure loss in the roller mill and regulating pressurization force of a grinding roll and/or rpm of a classifier so that the holdup does not reach a range being liable to induce vibration. CONSTITUTION:A vertical roller mill is constituted of a device 32 for detecting pressure loss in a roller mill, a device 704 for calculating the retention amount (holdup) of material to be ground in the roller mill on the basis of the detected value thereof, a device 500 for controlling pressurization force of a grinding roller and a device 600 for regulating rpm of a classifier so that the calculated holdup does not reach a range being liable to induce vibration. In such a way, since the holdup region generating dangerous vibration is avoided and operation is enabled, the roller mill is stably operated even when flow rate of coaling is low and it is operated at low load or coal largely different in property of coal (e.g. good in grindability) is ground.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable stable continuous operation with efficient dispersion of CWP by providing a nozzle near an outlet into a fluidized bed of a line for supplying a mixture (CWP) of a solid matter such as coal or limestone to jet a part of air for combustion. CONSTITUTION:In a combustion apparatus which supply a CWP60 to a fluidized bed pressurized to burn, a supply system of a fluidized bed burning furnace is made up of a CWP supply tank 61, a CWP supply pump 63, a CWP dispersion nozzle 64 and a circulation line 92. A nozzle for dispersion is provided on the upstream side near an outlet part into a fluidized bed 5 of a CWP supply line 90 to jet out a part of air 66 for combustion toward an outlet part so that the air is combined with the mixed gas. Most of the air 66 for combustion is supplied to a dispersion plate 2 from a line 69 via a valve 68 and a part thereof is supplied to the nozzle 64 for CWP dispersion from a line 70 via a valve 67. Thus, the CWP will not burn in a mass thereby enabling stable continuous operation with a dispersed supply into the furnace.

By this constitution, when the amplitude or frequency of vibration is different at every grinding roller 201, the movement of each grinding roller 201 is cancelled and forced vibratory pendulum motion is generated substantially at random and self-exciting vibration can be prevented.

A stopper 204beta is further furnished on both ends, each crushing roller 208 is supported below the pressing frame 204 as a integral triangular frame, hence the impact force is restrained, and the synchronized vibration of the crushing roller 208 is prevented.

CONSTITUTION:A grinding roller 11 is pressed from above by a pressure frame 15 of an integral structure so as to be capable of being subjected to pendulum motion through the shaft 10 and roller braket 9 thereof to be arranged on a grinding ring 4 at an inclined angle. The distances between roller pivots 31, 32 and the center points 30 of the respective grinding rollers 11 are made different at every rollers. By this constitution, the grinding rollers are prevented from synchronously oscillating or vibrating up and down and generate no vibration. Especially, vibration is suppressed at the time of low load and durability is increased.
