    • PURPOSE:To prevent crush of objects being transported by installing an upright cylindrical member solidly with the upper disc plate, forming a throat above the cylindrical member, and thereby eliminating touch of those objects with the stationary wall. CONSTITUTION:If disc plates 3, 4 turn in synchronization with th framing 2 and upper and lower pipings 7, 8, a cylindrical member 13 will turn together. Because this cylindrical member 13 is formed along the circumferential edges of the upper disc plate 3, its rotation involves a minute gap between the inside circumferential wall of the upper piping 7 and itself. When objects to be transported 9 are cast into this type of rotary valve 11, they 9 are led into the cylindrical member 13 in the whole amount under guidance of a throat tube 14. The objects 9 are further introduced to a compartment 1 in the framing 2 through a feed hole 5 of the plate 3. Consequently, the objects 9 are surely sent onto the plate 3, when they do not touch the inside circumferential walls of the upper piping 7, so that there is no risk of biting in.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the control of a fluid incinerator, and to decrease the generation of NOx being accompanied by the incineration of sludge, by supplying a feeder for a fixed quantity of sludge when incinerating sludge containing an ammonia compound in the fluid incinerator. CONSTITUTION:Sludge in a storage tank 1 is fed into a sludge hopper 3 by means of a screw feeder 2. Sludge is discharged in a fixed quantity condition by disposing a rotary feeder 4 into the sludge hopper 3 as a fixed quantity feeder. The feed capacity of a fixed quantity of sludge is further promoted by mounting not less than one flow-rate control plates 5 produced by installing a plurality of passing holes 5a to a plate body to a sludge discharge portion of said hopper 3. Sludge passing through the flow-rate control plates 5 is sent to a sludge incinerator 7, a turning fluid-layer furnace, by means of a snake conveyor 6, and agitated by a fluid layer 14 heated by means of a starting burner 8 and auxiliary combustion burners 9 in the inside and burnt.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent clinker from generating due to the melting of a low melting point compound, and continue a fluidized bed combustion of collected ash, etc., stably by a method wherein both control quantities of the feeding quantity of auxiliary fuel and feeding quantity of collected soot and dust are made to cooperate, to maintain a combustion temperature in a fluidized bed within a specified range. CONSTITUTION:When a temperature of a fluidized bed 2 changes, the flow rate of auxiliary fuel 19 is preferentially controlled. A fuel quantity setting apparatus for the auxiliary fuel 10 is provided, and a deviation between the quantity of the fuel 19 which is set by the quantity setting apparatus, and an actually fed quantity of the fuel 19 is detected, and the combustion is controlled so that the deviation may be eliminated, and the actually fed quantity and the set quantity may become equal. Also, at the same time, a feeding quantity of an unburned residue 20 such as collected dust ash, etc., is controlled by a deviation signals to the previously mentioned set fuel quantity and a control signal wherein a primary time delay element until the fed unburned residue 20 actually burns is incorporated. At the same time, the combustion is controlled so that the actual quantity of the fuel 19 may become the same as the set quantity. By this method, the temperature in the fluidized bed 2 is kept within the specified range.

    • PURPOSE:To enable to effect the incinerating disposal of the ash of heavy crude oil in stable by a method wherein the supplying port of the ash of the heavy crude oil is opened in the gravity direction above the supplying section of the ash of the heavy crude oil and a fluidizing device for agitating the ash of the heavy crude oil is provided at the fluidizing layer section at the supplying section of the heavy crude oil. Upon drop supply of the ash of the heavy crude oil, since the center axial line of a chute 12 and the supplying port 11 are located in the gravity direction, there is few possibility of adhering the ash of the heavy crude oil to the inner wall of the chute 12. The ash of the heavy crude oil dropped on the fluidized layer 5 is mixed and agitated with a fluidizing medium by the auxiliary jet air A3 blown out of the nozzle 9 arranged at the fluidized d layer section of the supplying section 1a.
