    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor structure favorable for coupling of a core and a shaft, and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A rotor structure includes: a rotor shaft 4 in which a crimp groove 43 is formed on an outer periphery in an axial outside of one of end plates 2, in a circumferential direction; and a crimp retainer 5 formed in a ring shape, which covers the crimp groove 43 in the rotor shaft 4 and is fitted on the rotor shaft 4. An axial outside portion of the crimp retainer 5 is crimped from an outer peripheral side to be fitted in the crimp groove 43 in the rotor shaft 4. An axial inside end of the crimp retainer 5, which is fitted to a wall surface of the crimp groove 43 in the axial outside, positions one end plate 2 in the axial direction. In brief, an axial outside portion of the crimp retainer 5, which contacts one end plate 2 to position the end plate in the axial direction, is crimped from the outer peripheral side to be fitted in the crimp groove 43 in the rotor shaft 4, and is fitted to a wall surface of the crimp groove 43 in the axial outside.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress instability of electric power feeding for a welding wire caused by uneven wear of feeding tips.
      SOLUTION: Arc welding is performed by feeding power with a feeding tip 25 to a welding wire 5 inserted in a wire insertion hole 3. A plurality of the feeding tips 25 are installed along the periphery of the welding wire 5, an electrode sliding face 25a on the inner side is brought into slide-contact with the welding wire 5, and a sliding inclined face 25c on the outer side is brought into slide-contact with the conical inner face 7d of a tip end body 7. In this state, the feeding tips 25 are pressurized to the tip end side by a coil spring 27. The plurality of the feeding tips 25 are individually moved forward in the moving direction of the welding wire 5, in accordance with wear due to the sliding of the electrode sliding face 25a with respect to the welding wire 5.
