      SOLUTION: The method includes performing a fluorine plasma-processing step, an ink-jetting processing step, a reduced pressure-drying processing step and a baking processing step, wherein these processing steps are performed twice, that is, in the case the colors of the color layers are with combination of red and green, and in the case the color of the color layer is blue. Regarding the reduced-pressure drying processing in the case of the combination of red and green, the reduced-pressure drying processing step is finished in the solvent remaining state, and in the case of blue, the reduced-pressure drying processing step is finished after completely removing the solvent.
