In the cross-sectional view of the outer coating 4, a plurality of grooves 6 are disposed at both sides of the notches 5, and the plurality of grooves 6 are respectively formed so as to be shallower in depth than the notches 5, and long along a cable axial direction, and constant in width in a direction orthogonal to the cable axial direction along the cable axial direction.
