    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect and organize specification data necessary for a safety analysis with a simple way and in a short period of time.SOLUTION: A table comprising a plurality of records, in which the fields of "a specification data item name", "a design department name and a mail address thereof", and "a safety analysis department and a mail address thereof" are filled with necessary data input from a computer PCω in the safety analysis department and the fields of "a specification data value", "a document name", and "link information" are not filled with data and left blank, is transmitted to computers PCα, PCβ, and PCγ in a design department via a safety analysis data management device 10. The computers PCα, PCβ, and PCγ input data into the blank fields in the table and transmits the table to the safety analysis data management device 10. Thus, the specification data for the safety analysis in which all fields are filled with necessary data is stored and accumulated in a specification data database 13 in a form of a database.

    • PURPOSE:To cancel contradiction involved in a solution by successively drawing the alternative solutions of the inference systems when the alternative solutions are prepared for the plural inference systems and the consistency can not be secured in the solutions collected from the inference systems. CONSTITUTION:When a question is transmitted through an input/output part 3 in a control part 1 and a communication part 7 to plural agents, each agent infers the solution at each knowledge base, and returns the solution to the communication part 7. The solutions are collected in a buffer 4, and sent to a consistency dicision part 5 so as to decide the consistency. When the inconsist ency of the solutions are decided, the solutions are sent to an alternative solu tion request destination decision part 6, and the agent to request the alternative solution is decided. The communication part 7 requestes the alternative solution to the decided agent. When the agent does not have the alternative solution, the solution is requested to the other agent. Thus, the contradiction involved in the solution can be canceled.
