    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent falling of a rolling tower due to tilting or cant of a track, in a working truck for track on which the rolling tower is placed.
      SOLUTION: Four attaching rods are attached at four corners on an upper surface of a truck moving on the track so as to rock in a fore-and-aft or right-and-left direction of the truck. Screws are engraved to the attaching rods, and the attaching rods are screwed with the screws to be equipped with jacks. By rotating the jacks, the attaching rods are moved upward or downward. The placed rolling tower is kept vertical to a horizon surface, thereby preventing danger such as falling.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a small trolley to various kinds of track land vehicles with different tire diameters to convey the track land vehicle on a rail between a work base and a job site for emergency restoration of traveling of trains by assembling a plurality of carrier members provided with rail traveling wheels with rail spacing, to a plurality of connecting rods to form the small trolley. SOLUTION: In order to apply a small trolley A to a track land vehicle provided with large-sized tires B, the rear part of the track land vehicle is lifted to lay the small trolley A formed by previously setting and assembling each carrier member 1 to a connecting rod 2 at a required space, below the tire B, and then the lifting force is released. The large-sized tire B is thereby fitted between the respective carrier members 1 and supported by the slant faces of angle steel 11 to stably support the track leveling vehicle by the small trolley A. The track land vehicle thus placed on two small trolleys A can be prevented from falling from the respective carrier members 1 by restricting the side slip of the large-sized tire B by the connecting rod 2 even if the side slip occurs during transfer. The track land vehicle can therefore be rapidly conveyed and moved traveling freely on a rail R.
