SOLUTION: The cooked rice molding device 10 is structured as follows: forming ridge line parts 30 provided with cooked rice storing recessed parts 28 at prescribed intervals and longitudinally extending between the cooked rice storing recessed part 28 and another adjacent recessed part 28 at a right and left pair of molding rollers 26 molding the cooked rice; making the right and left cooked rice storing recessed parts 28 put together to form cooked rice molding spaces 38 at the center part in a width direction between the molding rollers 26; and housing the cooked rice in the cooked rice molding space 38 along with the rotation of the molding rollers 26 to mold the cooked rice. The cooked rice molding device is formed into a protruded/recessed shape where the protruding part and the recessed part extending in a radial direction are alternately arranged in a longitudinal direction in which the left-side ridge line part 30 extends. The protruded/recessed shape results in that the right and left molding rollers 26 are rotated in such a condition that the protruded part at one ridge line part 30 is set into the recessed part in the other ridge line part 30 when one of the left-side edge line parts 30 and one of the right-side ridge line parts 30 abut on each other due to the rotation of the molding rollers 26.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solvent soluble bactericide able to fix an elution rate of iodine included in the solvent soluble bactericide and able to disinfect the bacteria even at a low concentration, and a method for producing the solvent-soluble bactericide.
      SOLUTION: In the solvent soluble bactericide 1, a mixture 11 of iodine with an iodine compound (or the iodine compound) and a binder material 12 are in a solidified state of a uniform mixture on the surface of nucleus particles 10 which serve as a core of the shape. The elution rate of iodine (iodide ion) to a liquid (e.g., hot water) is determined by the weight ratio of each of constituents. The mixture 11 itself is difficult to be granulated, but it is granulated by using the nucleus particles 10 and the binder material and dried under ≤100°C to prepare granulated particles having suitable hardness.
