      SOLUTION: After the mold body 12 having the cavity 14 inside is molded by gas-assist injection molding, the mold body 12 is mounted in a second injection molding mold 32, a cavity filling liquid is poured in the cavity 14 of the mold body 12, and the cavity is sealed while being filled. After that, a heated/melted thermoplastic polymer material is injected into the injection molding mold 32 to mold the cushioning member on the outer surface of the mold body 12. As regards the mold body 12, since a peripheral wall (a wall surrounding the periphery of the cavity 14) is reinforced from the inside by the cavity filling liquid packed in the cavity 14 to raise rigidity against an external pressure over the entire peripheral wall, even when the injection pressure of the thermoplastic polymer material acts on the peripheral wall of the mold body 12, the occurrence of the deformation and breakage of the peripheral wall of the mold body 12 over the entire peripheral wall can be prevented.
