    • PURPOSE:To provide a particle measuring apparatus which enables accurate measurement of scattered condition of particles scattered on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:An array substrate 15 is placed on the top surface of a substrate holding base with the surface thereof of spacer particles scattering upward. The top surface of the array substrate 15 is lighted from a ring illumination 56 through a light guide 57 and the reflected light is received by a CCD camera 50 through a zoom lens 55. A horizontal angle table 49 is turned with a horizontal angle handle 53 so that the regular reflection does not enter from a liquid crystal drive electrode of the array substrate 15 to adjust a horizontal angle and an arm 43 is turned with an elevation handle 44 to adjust the elevation theta2. Hence, the scattered condition of the spacer particles can be measured even when the array substrate 15 has no light transmitting property. This enables the setting of the CCD camera 50 and the ring illumination 56 to make an arbitrary angle therebetween and prevents the entry of the regularly reflected light into the CCD camera 50 from the array substrate 15 thereby enabling accurate determination of the scattered condition of the particles with the lowering of noises.

    • PURPOSE:To form a contact device having excellent accuracy by compactly composing a position regulating mechanism, and carrying out positional regulation on the upper face of a pallet held through the above mechanism so as to make a probe exist on the upside of a liquid crystal display. CONSTITUTION:A regulating device 400 where regulating mechanisms are piled up in X, Y and plane rotation directions is formed. A pallet 300 is supported by the device 400 and arranged in parallel and opposite to a probe base plate 203. A liquid crystal display LCD 500 is arranged on the upside of the pallet 300. Optical systems 61a to 61b take in the optical image of the positioning pattern of LCD 500 on the upside of the pallet 300 to make the video-cameras 6Oa to 60b execute image-formation. The device 400 drives the connection pattern of LCD 500 enlargedly image-picked up so as to lie on a reference pattern prestored on a monitor. When in this state, a probe control stand device 200 is actuated to make the base plate 203 approach LCD, the probe can be brought into contact with the fixed pattern.

    • PURPOSE:To improve working ability by giving the degree of freedom to the arranging position of a video-camera to arrange the video-camera apart from the periphery of a probe, and in addition, to prevent influence given to the height of the device even in the case where the optical system of the video- camera is exchanged. CONSTITUTION:A regulating device 400 which can regulate a pallet 300 in plane X-axis, Y-axis and directions is provided on a base 100. The state of LCD 500 regulated by the regulating device 400 is led to video-cameras 60a, 60b as an optical image through optical systems 61a, 61b arranged on the lower side of the pallet 300, and can be monitored. When positional regulation ends, a probe attaching base plate 203 is lowered to bring the probe into contact with the wiring pattern of LCD. The above formation gives the degree of freedom to the arranging position of the video-camera to simplify the periphery of the probe device for improving working ability.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a top/bottom discriminating device which requires no electrical processing and has simple constitution at low cost by providing a frame body which is set at the front of the image pickup area of an image pickup element and coaxially to the optical axis and also holds a ball which can freely roll along the inner circumference of a track and shows the direction of gravity. CONSTITUTION:The track 1b having an approximately oval cavity, for example, is set at the center of a frame body 1a, and a steel ball 1c can freely roll along the inner circumference of the track 1b. The track 1b has such a shape of a circle, etc., so that the ball 1c can easily roll along the inner circumference of the track 1b. The ball 1c is always positioned at the lower part of the track 1b by its gravity, and the image of the ball 1c is projected on a monitor screen. The position of the ball image always shows the upper direction of an object on the monitor screen. When the camera is turned in its photographing mode, the image of the ball 1c turns in the opposite direction to the camera turning direction on the monitor screen. In other words, the camera turns counterclockwise when the ball image turns clockwise on the screen.

    • PURPOSE:To easily measure an asymmetrical distortion amount by obtaining an output corresponding to a horizontal deflection current while using outputs from respective maximum value detecting means. CONSTITUTION:The horizontal deflection current of triangular waves are prepared by a switching transistor Tr, diode D1 and capacitors C1 and C2 and supplied to a horizontal deflection coil DY. These horizontal deflection currents are led out by a horizontal deflection current detection part 11 and supplied to a positive maximum value detection part 12 and a negative maximum detection part 13. Further, the detected outputs of the positive maximum amount detection part 12 and the negative maximum value detection part 13 are inputted to an arithmetic part 14 and at this arithmetic part 14, the asymmetrical distortion amount of the horizontal deflection current is detected and outputted. In this case, since the asymmetric distortion is generated by getting the difference of absolute values between the positive maximum value and negative maximum value of the deflection current, the distorted amount is detected by detecting and calculating the positive maximum value and the negative maximum value.

    • PURPOSE:To enable an abnormality detection and an easy maintenance to be performed by a push button switch itself by providing two switch elements which are operated nearly simultaneously by an external control and a detection means for determining whether an output of both switches is equal or not. CONSTITUTION:A terminal A is connected to one input terminal of an exclusive logic sum circuit 1 and a terminal B through a switch X1 and the other input terminal of the circuit 1 through a switch X2. A terminal C is connected to an input terminal and a power supply terminal of the circuit 1 through the switch X1 and R1 and 2 in parallel. When an output of the switches X1 and X2 is both H or L, normal state is indicated and an exclusive output Y becomes L. Also, when either is equal to H or L, an abnormal state is indicated and an exclusive output Y becomes H. When the exclusive output Y of the exclusive logic sum circuit 1 is equal to L, namely when the switches X1 and X2 indicate a normal state, a transistor 2 of an emitter ground is turned on.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify the above devices by enabling a transmitting section to discriminate the radio waves of another station by switching the channel number and to transmit data by adding an ID to the data and receiving section to receive the data after deciding aimed radio waves from the ID and an inspection bit. CONSTITUTION:When a carrier sense start signal C1 is inputted, a control section 2 sets the channel number (frequency) of a frequency reference table and outputs a control signal 6 to a receiving section 11 and the section 11 decides the radio waves transmitted from another station and, when the frequency of the radio waves is the same as the set channel number, outputs a carrier sense signal 5 to the section 2 after setting the signal 5 to '1'. In case the radio waves of another station are detected even when the channel number is successively switched, the section 11 sends the signal 5 to the section 2 after setting the signal 5 to '0'. The section 2 sends a control signal 7 to a transmitting section 10 and the data from the section 2 are transmitted from an antenna 13 after adding an ID to the data. A control section 18 decides that the radio waves received trough an antenna 14 are aimed radio waves by using the ID and an inspection bit and outputs a control signal 17 to a receiving section 15 so as to fix the channel for continuously receiving the radio waves.
