    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for going up and down a columnar thing, which is light and portable, easy to be installed on a columnar body like trees, and functions to effectively prevent a worker on the column from falling down from it by the help of a safety belt. SOLUTION: The columnar thing climbing tool 1 includes climbing tool pieces 2 to be installed on the columnar thing A and a holder 3 to be coupled with a safety belt B worn by the worker to hold climbing tool pieces 2 not yet attached to the columnar thing A. The climbing tool piece 2 comprises a long main belt 4, a plurality of fastening belts 5 coupled with the main belts 4, a scaffolding member 6, an intermediate scaffolding member 7, and a coupling member 8. The belt 5 is engaged with the scaffolding member 6 to fix the main belt 4 around the outer circumference of the columnar thing A along it. The coupling member 8 is located between its upper and lower scaffolding members 6 to engage with the holder 3. The holder 3 holds a plurality of coupling members 8 on their respective main belts 4 piled up and connected together in sequence in the order of arrangement. The worker can be prevented from falling down, as he is always combined with the columnar thing A through his safety belt B, the holder 3, the coupling member 8, the main belt 4 and the fastening belt 5.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance measuring tool for a compression connection tube capable of measuring easily resistance even in the compression connection tubes of different lengths in accordance with the type of an electric wire and the size thereof.
      SOLUTION: A connection terminal 21 is attached to a slide rod 26 to make adjustable an attaching position of the connection terminal 21 contacting with one end in a resistance measuring portion of the compression connection tube 11 for connecting crimpingly an electric wire 13. A slide rod attaching metal 27 attaches the slide rod 26 onto a tip part of a fixed probe 20 of a resistance measuring instrument 16 for measuring the resistance between the both ends in the resistance measuring portion of the compression connection tube 11. A slide rod fixing screw part 28 regulates variably a direction of the slide rod 26 bidirectionally along a longitudinal direction of the fixed probe 20 to fix the slide rod 26 onto the slide rod attaching metal 27. A position of the contact terminal for voltage measurement in the resistance measuring instrument 16 is thereby regulated in response to the length of the resistance measuring portion of the compression connection tube 11.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the hanging load of the body of a machine for a transmis sion line and smoothen the surmounting of a ring for preventing damage by snow by a method wherein the body of the machine is supported on the transmis sion line by a pair of rolls provided on both ends of a continuous rod parallel to the transmission line respectively. CONSTITUTION:Suspending fittings 13, surmounting the upper surface of a transmission line 1 respectively, are provided at both ends of a continuous rod 12, arranged in parallel to the transmission line 1, respectively while the suspending fittings 13 are provided with a pair of fore and aft rolls 14a, 14b, attached to both ends of bearing arms 15 parallel to the transmission line 1 through bearings so as to slide on the transmission line 1. Both rolls 14a, 14b are swingable into up-and-down direction through bearing arms 15 and are coupled through chains. Accordingly, when either of the rolls 14a is contacted with a ring 11 for preventing damage by snow, the roll 14a surmounts the ring 11 while receiving a torque form the other roll 14b, not contacted with the ring 11, whereby smooth surmounting may be effected.
