    • PURPOSE:To manufacture zinc oxide having a small and uniform particle size and superior industrial utilizability by agitating and reacting an aqueous zinc salt soln. and an aqueous alkali soln. while specifying the pH value and the Zn concn. of the resulting slurry and the amount of the used alkali. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous soln. of an inorg. zinc salt such as zinc sulfate and an aqueous soln. of an alkali such as NaOH are agitated and reacted while adding the solns. to an agitation reactor simultaneously and continuously. The concns. of both the solns. as starting materials are adjusted so that the total Zn concn. of the resulting slurray is made >=20g/l. The reaction is allowed to proceed essentially under conditions which keep the upper limit pH value of the slurry at 12.7-0.0578t (t is reaction temp. deg.C) and the lower limit pH value at 8-0.0334r and make the total amount of the used alkali 0.9-5 equiv. As a result, both the solns. are reacted under high concn. reaction conditions, and active zinc oxide having a small and uniform particle size is obtd. industrially advantageously without causing operational trouble.

    • PURPOSE: To provide durable projections for introducing a visual handicapped person in a short time by running a running device along a line of previously laid resin material, and intermittently letting flow out projection forming resin material at regular intervals. CONSTITUTION: A receiving tank 2 for projection forming resin material W is loaded on a running device having front and rear wheels, a frame body 3 having an outflow port 30 opening downward is provided on the bottom part of the tank 2, and a first opening/closing body 31 opening/closing the outflow port 30 is supported slidably in the longitudinal direction. A plurality of grounding bodies 4 extending in the longitudinal direction are arranged on the underside of the first body 31 spacedly by a fixed space S, and a projection forming outflow port 5 having outflow ports 50 opening rearward in the advancing direction between the adjoining grounding bodies 4 is provided. A line L is previously laid on the road surface R with a line forming material, after hardening, the running device is run along the line L, the outflow ports 50 are intermittently opened/closed at regular intervals based on the rotating speed of the wheels, and the material W is intermittently let flow from the outflow port 5 so as to form the projections for introducing a visual handicapped person.

    • PURPOSE:To simply remove air which invaded between a floor or the like and the rear surface of a sheet to the outside through respective penetration holes and make the entire of the rear surface of a smoothed sheet stick surely to the front surface of a floor in a close adhering state by providing a number of penetration holes penetrating from the surface of the sheet main body to the rear surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:Particle bodies A comprising a thermomelting resin material are dispersed in the form of a sheet and thereafter these particle bodies A are heated in such a way that a coarse surface 2 having irregular recessed and protruding surfaces on its front surface if left thereon and the rear surface thereof is made a smoothed surface 3. Further, in order that a number of penetration holes 4 which penetrate from the front surface to the rear surface are formed between the particle bodies A, the particle bodies A are welded one another in order to obtain a desired resin sheet. When the sheet is stuck to a floor or the like the use of an adhesive agent, the air which invaded between the floor surface or the like and the rear surface of the sheet is removed to the outside via the penetration holes 4. Whereby the entire of the sheet rear surface can be stuck to a floor or the like in a close-adhering state.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide road marking material which is excellent in abrasion-resistance and which is made recyclable as the road markings to save the natural resources, by cutting the road markings to leave a thin layer from the road face and mixing a binder in the granulated material of the recovered road markings. SOLUTION: A pair of handles 43, 43 are rotated to vertically move the support frame 3 against the machine body 1 and adjust the height of rotary cutter blades 2, 2 from the road face in order to position the rotary cutter blades 2, 2. Then, a motor 5 is driven to move forward the cutting device while horizontally rotating the cutter blades 2, 2 and cut the road markings so as to leave a thin layer to the road face. The left thin layer is formed to shape a flat cut face by the horizontal rotation of the rotary cutter blades 2, 2 and the cut sign material is recovered in a bag 71 by a recovery device 7 through a rotary brush 6. Accordingly, this way prevents a paving material from mixing with the road marking material. And a binder is mixed with the recovered material crushed into a granular material to form a new road making material. In this way, a road marking material excellent in deformation temperature, compressive strength, and abrasiveness can be obtained and it can be recycled.
