CONSTITUTION:A plurality of, for example 15 pieces of small bars having sideslip-preventing ribs are provided in parallel to each other in a square frame to constitute a washing hanging equipment 1. The washing is hung on the washing hanging equipment 1 in the twofold state, and clipped. This washing hanging equipment 1 is installed into a washing basket 2 in such a manner as to be attachable and detachable. A washing tank 3 has a water flow obstructing plate, and the flow of washing liquor is made complicated to improve the washing efficiency. The washing basket 2 is slowly rotated or reversed to wash. Successively, the rotating speed of the washing basket 2 is raised in the same hanging state to perform dehydration. The rotating speed may be mechanically or electronically changed.

The pointer of the wattmeter is regulated by a pointer regulating variable resistor to indicate the prescribed position to the revolving speed of the motor, the variable resistor is regulated to the variation in the revolving speed of the motor due to the variations in the input power and the load, thereby obtaining the prescribed revolving speed. Accordingly, the revolving speed of the motor can be regulated by a simply regulating mechanism which can be utilized for children's handicraft.
