    • PURPOSE:To prevent entrance of rainwater through automatic shut off of a draft ventilating passage when an air velocity exceeds a specified value by a method wherein a damper for shut off is disposed in a ventilating passage, e.g. ducts, and a lock mechanism to temporarily lock a damper blade to two full opening and closing orientation is mounted to the damper. CONSTITUTION:A damper for ventilation can be opened and closed through vertical movement of a slide shaft 13. The shaft 13 is secured by ball plungers 16a and 16b each time opening and closing are effected. During opening of the damper, the slide shaft 13 is fixed by the ball plunger 16a. Since a blade 7 of the damper is not in true parallel to the direction of a flow, a closing force is exerted by means of a drift current, but the blade is fixed against a closing force by means of the ball plunger 16a. When a velocity of inflow air exceeds a specified value, a closing force by a drift current is against a fixing force by the ball plunger 16a, and the damper is closed. A natural ventilating port is provided for being capable of blocking strong wind togetherwith rainwater by automatically closing damper through simple constitution instead of a complicated system employing a power when air in a quantity exceeding a specified value is blown in.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain large pressing force, by providing an engaging metal fitting engaged with a bracket provided to a filter, a toggle link mechanism moving the engaging metal fitting upwardly and downwardly and an apparatus for manipulating the toggle link mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A filter 5 is contacted with a support frame 10 through a packing. The hook metal fittings 14 of filter support apparatuses 12, 13 are engaged with the bracket 11 attached to the inside of the filter 5. The hook metal fittings 14 are made movable in a guide metal fittings 15 provided to a main body 2 in an upward and a downward directions and the upper ends thereof are pivotably supported by toggle links 17 through pins 16. Levers 19 are pivotably supported by toggle levers 17 and a manipulation rod 21 through pins 20. An air cylinder 22 is pivotably supported to the main body 2 by a pin 23 and a piston rod 24 is pivotably supported by the manipulation rod 21 through a pin 25.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify a structure, to perform a highly precise operation, and to achieve the equalization of the accuracy, by slidably fitting an operating shaft in a case wherein the shaft is energized in one direction by a spring, and by hooking the shaft in a bimetal. CONSTITUTION:An operation shaft 94, which has a rectangular cross-section at a flat lower end thereof and has a stopper ring 95 secured on a upper portion thereof, is inserted into a cylindrical case 90 so that the shaft can move freely vertically therein, the shaft being energized downward by a spring 100. A protruding hook pin 99 is provided at an end portion of the operation shaft 94, a hook groove 97 being made in a bimetal 96 whose end is fastened on a case 10. The operation shaft 94 is hooked against the spring 100 by a format wherein the hook pin 99 is hooked in the hook groove 97. The temperature fuse so composed is applied to, for example, a smokeproof or a fireproof damper. The bimetal 96 is bent and deformed due to the heating of a working end 94a, the shaft 94 being fallen by the force of the spring as a result of the hook pin 99 being unhooked. This causes the damper to be closed.

The first circulating flows are big circulating flows provided so as to face each other in a plurality of different planes positioned in a vertical direction, and the other circulating flows are small circulating flows composed to circulate in inner sides of the large circulating flows.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation diagnosis display which can display the operation diagnosis of an electronic automatic control damper at an easily confirmable place in order to keep good air conditioning. SOLUTION: An operation diagnosis display comprises a damper blade open/ close controller 4 for an electronic automatic control damper, a detector 5 for detecting the opening time required for opening/closing the damper blade 2, a variable timer 7 for setting an arbitrary opening time required for a desired opening/closing amount of the damper blade 2, and an operation diagnostic unit 6 for comparing an opening time detected by the damper blade opening detector 5 with the opening time of the variable timer. Comparison results are presented on a display 15 providing seven kinds of display at an easily confirmable place using the two wire transmission line 16 of a display 9 so that an appropriate operation diagnosis can be made quickly.
