    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination control system that reduces burden of both a user and a facility manager.
      SOLUTION: The illumination control system includes: paper 10 for displaying lighting information by a two-dimensional code or a mobile phone 110 for receiving the two-dimensional code so as to display it; an issuing machine 30 that issues the paper 10 while displaying the two-dimensional code on the paper or transmits the two-dimensional code to the mobile phone 110 so as to display it on the mobile phone when a reservation is made; and an illumination control device 40 that operates an illumination facility 20 according to the lighting information when in use. The illumination control device 40 has: a reading unit 41 for reading the two-dimensional code of the paper 10 or the mobile phone 110 in a non-contact manner; and a control unit 43 that recognizes the lighting information from the read two-dimensional information and controls the illumination facility 20 on the basis of the lighting information.

CONSTITUTION: The notch section 8 of a reflector 7 surrounding a lamp 1 in a main body casing 2 is notched into a U-shape, then it is folded into a flange shape in parallel with the longitudinal direction of a charge section 10. An insulator 11 is inserted between a molybdenum foil 101 and the notch section 8. A lamp electric wire 13 has a two-layer cover structure constituted of two different kinds of insulating layers. The outer peripheries of an electric wire reception section 15 between the lead wire 14 of the lamp 1 and the lamp electric wire 13 and the lamp electric wire 13 are covered with insulating moldings 16, 17 respectively. The storage box 6 of a starter 5 is fixed to the rear side of the main body casing 2 integrally with an insulating cylinder 19. The lamp electric wire 13 is connected to the starter 5 in the storage box 6 through the cylinder 19.
