Also it is provided with a transfer base part 5 which is arranged at a position where the longitudinal feeding direction of the longitudinal card exhausting means crosses approximately at right angle to the lateral feeding direction of the lateral card exhausting means, and which is provided with transfer parts 6, 7, and 8 for transferring the cards further to the downstream side of it.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the resolution of an encoder with a simplified circuit configuration by performing electrical interpolation. CONSTITUTION:The title detector is provided with an encoder plate 1 with a prescribed slit pattern, light source section 3 which emits light towards the plate 1, and light receiving section 4 which outputs four periodic signals A, A B, and B having a phase shift of 90 deg. between each of them upon receiving the light from the section 3 through the plate 1. The detector incorporates a selection circuit 6 which successively selects two periodic signals having opposite gradients against each of eight areas obtained when one period is divided based on the intersection of the four periodic signals. One periodic signal S having a relatively gentle gradient and containing a peak output is supplied to a dividing circuit 7 which generates a plurality of level signals by dividing the resistance of the signal S in multiple stages. A comparator circuit 8 generates a plurality of fractionized phase signals by individually comparing the other periodic signal having a relatively steep gradient and containing the vicinity of an average output with a plurality of level signals. A logic circuit 11 generates bit signals P-2, P-3, and P-4 containing interpolation information by logically processing the phase signals.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily check display contents by providing the display device with a reflection member arranged behind a light emitting source and a transparent member arranged on the irradiation side of this light emitting source and many glass particles thereon, thereby eliminating the influence of external light. CONSTITUTION:A mirror 16 for reflection arranged behind a light emitting source 11 such as LED fixed onto a printed circuit board 10 reflects the light from the light emitting source 11 forward. The light emitting source 11 side of the transparent plate 12 is printed 13 for regulating display patterns and the light transmits the parts where the printing 13 is not formed to display patterns. Further, the glass beads 15 having about 100mum diameter and about 2.00 refractive index are adhered and fixed by a transparent UV hardener 14 on the front surface of the transparent plate 12 at the smallest possible intervals. As a result, the external light 20 such as sunlight is refracted by the glass beads 15 and is reflected in the same direction as the incident light angle of the external light 20. The reflection of the external light 20 toward a recognizing person does not arise any more and only the light from the light emitting source 11 arrives at a viewer.

In addition, the holding part 5 is supported to the housing 2 by a pair of columns 8A. The respective side surfaces 8c, 8d of the respective columns 8A form a plane parallel to the direction of the wind from the blades. When the wind flows toward the columns 8A, the wind flows from one end surface 8b of the columns 8A along the respective side surfaces 8c, 8d, and little wind collides with the columns 8A. Moreover, the sectional area of the columns 8A orthogonal to the wind direction are small, and no turbulence of the wind to be generated on the blades 3 is possibly generated.

The slit plate 4 has a track slit holes 8, which are aligned in the circumferential direction at an equal angle. The individual slit hole 8 has the spiral shape, which is expressed by the expression R=atheta (a: constant) when the radius from the center O of the rotary slit plate is made to be R and the angle is made to be theta. The track has the width in the radial direction including just the integer number of the spiral-shaped slit holes 8. The other slit plate has the slit holes in the spiral shape by the same way.

The aperture correcting blade 7 is engaged with a driving pin 11, and the blade 7 is rocked interlocking with the light shielding blades 3 and 3 by driving the driving pin 11, and then, the aperture shape of the light shielding blades 3 and 3 is corrected. Thus, in the process of fully opening the aperture O, the aperture formed by the light shielding blades 3 and 3 and the aperture correcting blade 7 becomes a shape like a nearly regular pentagon, and the aperture uniformly becomes larger from the center of the aperture O in the radial direction. Thus, the deviation of depth-of-field is eliminated on the obtained photograph, and also, the occurrence of a ghost image is prevented.

The member 6 is constituted of (n) levers 6a and 6b, and the locking position of each locking lever has the positional difference of 1/n step. The discontinuing time of a final normal rotation pulse when the aimed step is attained is properly controlled. When the final normal rotation pulse is discontinued after one step of rotation, the member 5 is locked by the lever 6a, and when the final normal rotation pulse is discontinued before one step of rotation, the member 5 is locked by the lever 6b. Thus, the positioning resolution that locking can be executed at an intermediate position by the difference of the locking positions of the levers 6a and 6b is improved.

CONSTITUTION:In order to unload a molded article with a sprue in an upper mold 24, firstly, a robot hand 4 is moved beneath the molded article by operating a robot. Next, by operating the robot, the robot hand 4 is moved upwards so as to abut a suction part 18 at the tip of a vacuum nozzle 19 against the inner bottom part of the molded article 1. Further, at this time, a sprue 2 is pinched with the pinching arms 20a of an air chuck 20 so as to prevent the sprue from falling down. Next, releasing ejector rods 25 are ejected from the interior of the upper mold 24. At this time, the tips of the ejector rods 25 push the outer surface of the molding 1, resulting in releasing the molding 1 from the upper mold 4. Thus, the unloading operation is performed by the simple timing action of the robot hand.
