    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an installation work and adjustment in loading operation in a vehicle heavy machine carriage by a remote control without increasing the number of channels and the number of operation switches.SOLUTION: A remote control device includes: a remote controller 10 that has a plurality of switches; a receiver 12 that can receive operation signals corresponding to a plurality of switches of the remote controller 10 wirelessly; a controller 13 that receives an operation signal from the receiver 12 and outputs a corresponding control signal to a control valve 14 that drives a jack device. The controller 13 outputs to the control valve 14, the control signals set more than the number of the plurality of switches by deriving the control signal by the operation from among the combination of the plurality of control signals based on the input permutation from the plurality of operation switches.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: in a lifter device for equipment used at heights such as a surveillance camera and a luminaire, since the lifting height of the equipment is no more than the height equivalent to the stroke of a telescopic boom in a conventional lifting device, if the lifting height is increased, the total height of the lifting device becomes high when it is stored, and if the total height is lowered, the lifting height is decreased.
      SOLUTION: In this lifter device with the equipment 3 used at the heights which is structured so as to make the equipment 3 ascend and descend by the telescopic boom 2, the equipment 3 is installed so that it can be vertically displaced between a lower movement position lower than the upper end of the telescopic boom 2 and an upper movement position upper than the upper end of the telescopic boom. Since the lifting device has a vertically moving means 50 to vertically move the equipment 3 between the lower movement position and the upper movement position, and holding means 60, 61 to hold the equipment 3 at the lower movement position and the upper movement position, respectively, the equipment 3 can be stored at a lower position and the lifting height of the equipment can be increased by the height elevated or lowered by the vertically moving means 50.
